BangladeshThe price is very high compared to it's facilities. Discomforts - 1. They pushed me several times for advance payment, though I have given my credit card to charge me the full amount. They sent me a payment form to fill up for charging my card, then sent a link which was not working then again resent a link where international credit card is not accepted. I emailed them everything then also they were pushing me to pay the advance. My understanding was they were full of boarder, so they wanted to confirm my room. But interestingly they have only 2/3 boarder when I checked-in. I was very surprised to see this type of attitude from hotel ranged from USD 100 to USD 150 per night. This gave me discomfort. 2. They didn't have many boarder except us but they push us to check out by 11 and then extend 1hr. I understand they have some policies but they should use their facilities to give their boarder a good customer experience when they have the opportunity.

IndiaBooking com got our check in problematic in the first place. We clearly made for 3 adults but they did it for 2 with same charges for 3. We wanted to sleep early but that didn't happen because of the mistake done by your booking site. It was lat r sorted but much time was wasted .Secondly the staff was slow and unresponsive. Food was tasty but very less quantity and overpriced. Should have more cleanliness given that it's a star hotel.
The location and rooms are very good in terms of space and comfort
