Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Mosquito control could have been better. Bed sheets could have been new and clean.
Breakfast not provided, as we left early for a temple visit. But room is congested with the furniture. We went for only sleep. There is no elbow space for us to move

The bathroom had some design flaws. Water was stagnant at the end. There is a possibility that someone might get slipped. Also, there isn't much of amenities. It was just a AC room with a double bed. Though the location was pinned correctly, there was no dedicated parking. We had to park our vehicle on the road side.
The room was good with adequate space and a TV. It is ok for someone who just want to take rest and keep their belongings safe. Overall worth for a one night stay.

Still under construction building. Must be set as pet the prime location its located into. Rooms are good but amenities and cleanliness must be empathised over as per the competitions in market.

Hotel infrastructure needs to be good. Servicing can be much better. Complementary food like breakfast if added will be better..
For one day to live at a cheap price, it's good to stay. The stay was comfortable, the bathroom was also good.

Outside rooms need maintenance Water logging bathrooms. Water comes out of bath room when we take bath.

It would have been great if they had a landline in each room since everytime I wanted something, had to walk till the reception. Also if they start a canteen within the premises, we wouldn't need to go out. Ventilation need to be improved especially in bathrooms.
It's very close to the bus stand and some major tourist spots

Only issue we found was bathroom had a foul smell and wasn't clean, quite dirty and had mould all over, if the bathroom was cleaned and smelt nice we would have no complaints.
Staff were great, very helpful, bed was very comfortable, shower was good, ac was good and tv worked, location was OK, lots of restaurants near by, but about 3km to centre, loads of tuk tuks on the main road though.

I wasn’t given blanket everything was smelling. Water wasn’t coming. Not safe for solo traveller. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Stairs and place were very dirty. Water wasn’t provided while insisted. They didn’t refill. Water in the bathroom was not coming

Had the most horrible experience with Le Grace. I had made payment through the website and had a late night check-in. Firstly, the hotel staff threatened me that they will cancel my bookings if I don't make the cash payment again. Later, after speaking to the customer care, they allowed me to stay. However, the bed was filthy, and room was stinking, I had to request the staff to change the room twice, however to my surprise all the rooms were same. The staff was really rude and misbehaving. The place is completely unhygienic, I relied on the ratings on the website, however I would rate it (-10).
