The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in responding to all my queries about various trips around Dehradun. The housekeeping staff, Kitendra Singh, Vikram Rathod and Paras did a great job keeping the room clean and fresh. The Cafe also served good breakfast. Second time this year i stayed here. The Pacific mall shopping centre is next door. Very good location...

hotel picture shown while booking is different from actual. Facilities shown while booking are not there . We were interested in Swimming pool and so we booked this hotel. But it does not exist.

The Wi-Fi service was poor, service by the reception were not up to the standard of the hotel, for example repeated requests for a simple band aid,never turned up.

Location of the Rooms on two floors in an L shaped corridor with only one entrance & exit may be a trap in case of any fire or earthquake. There are no Guidance for the Hotel guests on this. Guests on 5th Floor have to walk long distance to go to the Restaurant at the 4th floor.
Location, staff helpfulness, courtesy & the food quality at their Citrus Restaurant is just outstanding.

The hotel is in a nice location close to pacific mall. So you have plenty of options for dining out and shopping. Staff are very friendly and room was clean and spacious. Overall a good experience.

Abu Dhabi 10th March 2025 With deep disappointment I must say that the reception staff were extremely rude and uncouth. They dont know how to talk to a respectable lady. I can name one as Ms. Swati. The other one's name I did not get. They were not even apologetic after their extremely unruly behaviour and misconduct. It is unbecoming of the front desk staff to behave this way when my wife's I-card was somehow missing from her purse and she could not produce when asked. I was a regular at the Lemon Tree Dehradun, and she had accompanied me many times and never we had to face this . I must tell you that it was my last visit to that hotel and I will never go there again. The front desk staff Swati must be severely punished for her boorish behaviour, if this hotel wishes to host international guests like me and my wife. I must thank here the Manager Amal ( If I remember his name correctly) , who intervened and allowed my wife inside the hotel.

The Reception at night since w reached a bit late was not upto the mark as no one was there to take luggage to the room was a only thing that was short else all well
