Was not particularly happy with the spread wherein there were some regular items in the spread and the non veg counter was far away for the veg stuff. Might something to do with the religious Veg sentiments of the regular boarders in Indore, don’t know. Two trays were there for Non Veg items, one with boiled eggs and one empty tray with Chicken Sausage written over it. After much requests the tray was replenished with chicken salami instead of sausages. Overall the B/F was not good for me.

Very clean and courteous staff. Actually we were looking for a room which could accomodate 3 of us and we were provided with a huge suite with extra bed. Absolutely satisfied with the arrangement.

This property is centrally located. even though there was renovation work going on there the staff made it point to ensure we were comfortable.

They have rooms facing the busy main road where traffic sound and blaring horns are heard all the 24 hours. These rooms are called executive suits which no customer wants and these are given to booking.com for any customer booking a standard room with an incentive to upgrade to executive suite. Once upgraded in booking customer is given these front rooms where customer can not even open the screen because it opens to the main road and market. Besides the centralized AC was working only on one part of the room and not towards the bed side. On the whole it was a total mess.

Room no 472 is dirty, curtains are not cleaned bathroom dirty or is not pained properly the sofa set in snide the room is crushed.

It was acting like a 1 star property. Total let down from my past experience. No extra access card as they were short of it. Staff was ovwrwhelmed by number of guests and was occasionally rude.

Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was polite. Late checkout option is the reason I selected this hotel.

Buffet ( dinner) had no fish dish ! Other than that everything was perfect!

Attentive staff - from the time we entered the hotel - our luggage was collected -: check in happened in minutes - we went to our rooms which were next to each other -;dinner was good - beds were comfortable - had a long 8 hour drive - slept well - had the regular buffet breakfast- check out took place quite quickly - was well rested for an 8 hour drive to Nasik.

Though reception staff were doing their best - somehow there was lot of chaos with allotment of rooms. My sense were they were over-worked. Little patience is required when at the reception

Special mention on how differently abled staff are hired. Loved the energy of the place. The restaurant staff were exceptional in their approach and presence.
