The professionalism, friendliness and warm hearted hospitality stood out at this hotel. If I ever requested anything it was done without any issue at all! There were four staff members that really made my stay very relaxed, pleasurable and memorable and of course Rustamjit (GM). Manish in the restaurant always went out of his way to help everyone with a smile & with my special requests. Neha and Devandre in the front office, always there to help me whenever I needed assistance with professionalism and friendliness; from booking taxi to where to visit etc. Sawan the Duty Manager always welcoming me and helping me with any of my requests. Thank you so much! Lastly I commend the housekeeping, food and beverage staff for their hard work and dedication to make my stay a very pleasant one. I highly recommend Lemon Tree Tapovan!

I felt very comfortable at Lemon Tree Hotel. The staff were always courteous, friendly, professional and polite. Manish was very attentive to all the guests in very professional manner. I felt like it was home away from home… I will most definitely be back next year!

Only thing (and this is being hyper-critical) is the feedback forms they give you after every meal which can get a touch boring as you end up writing the same thing. I think cloth napkins instead of lots of tissues would be preferable in the dining room. Other than that a truly wonderful experience!

Fantastically courteous staff and security. Always friendly, always helpful, they made it a real pleasure. The food was excellent and varied. Great roof top bar and pool and views. Diwali fireworks meant a 360 degree view. Was there with my children (daughter 21 and son 18) and we all can't wait to go back and stay in other Lemon Tree hotels across India. The first hotel chain I'll become a member of.

The face of the lemon tree was just a logo, the room wasn't properly cleaned, no toiletries, when we ordered towels, they were stinky and a strange stink was in the room, it didn't look fresh or thoroughly cleaned, the bedsheets had slight dust which had to be dusted

They have limited staff for room cleaning. Even after informing them for cleaning the room while going out for 3 hours, room was not cleaned. Settled all bills at 10 am and requested to settle check out and provide invoice. I checked out at 11:15 am without receiving the invoice.

We stayed for 4 nights and found almost similar breakfast everyday. Spread need to be enhanced. Quality was excellent. Location is at extreme end of Tapovan area. You have to travel 800 meters to get public transport.

Expensive, food wasn’t included, had to pay to use the tv, power turns off a lot and when it comes back on the tv turns on in the middle of the night, was very loud

The outdoor pictures of the hotel did not show the realistic neighborhood. We booked one all-inclusive room. At the Check-in we did not get the information that not everything is included.

The rooftop bar was interesting and had a good view over Rishikesh.

The staff the clean rooms and the location

Very clean hotel. We were given large room with wonderful Mountain Views. The manger Deepak and all his team specially the reception staff attended to all our needs. One young man at reception was very knowledgeable and gave us many ideas for visiting the area that made our stay even more rewarding. Will definitely come back.

The stench in the bathroom was unbearable. Long waits in restaurant for food. Tv didn't work, lots of phone calls and door bells from reception (to see if we needed anything!!) while we were trying to sleep.

Service tax charged which is illegal as without my consent. Food serving staff behavior is not upto mark as they demand extra money while we have buffet dinner. Washroom assessories i.e shampoo etc not provided after many calls. Pool not working. Physical bill not provided after asking many times and lie statment same in envelop
