Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The distance to the airport was great which made our trip super smooth and easy. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff was extremely helpful too, thanks to them we managed to get great food in the middle of the night.

The AC controls in the room could've been better. it was very cold even when the ac was turned off.

The air-conditioner wasn't cooling the room enough but the same was taken care of by General Manager. Their dedication to customer service sets them apart, and I would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at Lemon Tree Viman Nagar, and I must say that my experience was truly delightful. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Upon check-in, I had already raised a complaint regarding certain issues in my room. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel General Manager and staff promptly acknowledged my concerns and assured me that the problems would be resolved. It was evident that they took my feedback seriously and were determined to provide a comfortable stay. Throughout my stay, the staff at Lemon Tree Viman Nagar proved to be extremely helpful and courteous. They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests, ensuring that I felt well taken care of. The personal attention shown by the manager was particularly impressive, as they personally addressed the issues I had raised, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. On the day of my departure, I had an early check-out but needed to store my luggage. The hotel graciously allowed me to keep my belongings in their safe storage facility, which provided me with peace of mind. Moreover, upon my return to the hotel to collect my luggage, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a fresh room to freshen up before heading to the airport. This gesture greatly enhanced my overall experience, as I felt refreshed and ready for my journey. As a final gesture of their exceptional service, the hotel provided me with a complimentary drop-off service to the airport. The Lobby is very small. The food in the Restaurant is Exorbitantly charged for Very Substandard quality of FOOD.
Location is OK. I did not have the opportunity to have Breakfast as I had to leave Early. I had asked for some B.F. to be Packed & given. They packed & gave the Qt was so meager for 2 we had to have 2nd B.F on the way in another location.

Breakfast was nice and functional .one day Amul butter ran out and we were given some margarine which we dot eat and next day the apples were over so generally these fruits and butter items could have been better stocked but other than that the experience of staying was good and shriya in the f&b and shubham in front office reception were very good and service oriented
