Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaNo car can reach the location.. its a good 10-15 min walk with luggage to nearest point where we can get a taxi. For the price I felt the property should have been better maintained.
Big rooms with seperate sittign area.

GermanyDifficult to find at nighttime as the small entrance in a narrow dark street is not illuminated. Worst has been the humid bedlinnen, which made our nights more than uncomfortable. Addressing the problem did not help. Recommendable for the hot season.
Boutique Hotel style with spacy and stylish Appartment. Excellent Coffee and nice breakfast room located in the center of a vivid area. Friendly young personnel.

DO NOT stay at this hotel!!! No hot water and no heating!!! No management and the staff were ignorant of the issues and unapologetic. Booking.com were unable to speak to them and they did not call me back. How people like this can treat others is not ok. Shame on them.

United KingdomIt's very much a hostel, quite run down and very overpriced. If you're on the first floor, expect no sleep (no outside wall so very noisy from outside, and can hear everything from the cafe downstairs). If moved any higher, you'll have no hot or warm (only freezing cold) water, so you might sleep, but can't wash.
Though the "hotel" failed to get the basics right, the staff are nice and friendly and helpful. Though breakfast is included it's very basic and pretty poor, but the coffee was good. Overall, a pretty awful experience and wouldn't recommend.

PolandThis place deifinitely doesn’t look like in the pictures. It’s old and not really renovated. When you come there with a luggage you have to go with it for couple hundreds meters - there is no road that taxi can come to the hotel. In the winter time it’s freezing cold and the only heater there is give almost no heat. You can hear everything happening in the building but it’s bigger problem in India. Haus Khas Village is nice location, you don’t feel like in Delhi but there is nothing particulary interesting in terms of fashion or design.
There is nice rooftop although empty and devastated a little bit. Some staff members were nice - that’s the best I can say about it.

RussiaThe manager was a little bit compulsive trying to offer you services for additional price.
It is a great place to stay in Delhi, it is located in a closed secured village, popular among the artists and students, each western person would feel safe here and more comfortable. The views from the window and terrace are breathtaking. It was cold during our stay in Christmas but the staff gave us a heater.

IndiaThe kitchen and food services were subpar, and the decision to charge per head without delivering satisfactory service was unacceptable. Conflicting guidance on playing music added to the negative experience, leaving my guests annoyed.
Unfortunately, there were no positive aspects of my stay at Let’s Bunk Postal.

United StatesNothing glaring. Included in the review above.
There are several plusses I noticed. Starting with the luggage helping person, Ravinder, who certainly went a few extra miles to ensure the room is well done with all the comfort promised. Of course, the reception, café, and all the support crew - Nayeem, Birju, Lalit, Govind, Chef, and Co. - were simply excellent in making guests feel welcome and at ease. Location itself is simply one of the best I have seen around there. This will be an excellent choice for those visiting New Delhi and want to experience a European night-out feel in their backyard! Plenty of choices – for dining, hangout, and a little sight-seeing closely as well. Not sure if there was any glaring gap in the hospitality. Perhaps a little flexible checkout, heating/hot water, etc. - those things were handled promptly, when informed. Thanks to the reception crew! Overall, the place and people deserve full 5* marks.

GermanyEverything was perfect here. From the personal to the rooms to the food and the location. Anushka welcomed us and even brought us a packet of tea from her home region of Darjeeling. The location in Haus Khas Village is great and very calm after a busy day out in Delhi. We will definitely come back.
