I didn't like tea and coffee. The taste of tea and coffee was very bad. In morning breakfast idle is not soft.

1. No towels for the bathroom floor or hand towels 2. No extra TP, only 1 roll 3. I asked the receptionist twice to arrange our booking in Libra Lords Inn in Ahmedabad and his reply he will check and revert 10 to 20mins. He didn't call to give any update, despite me following up. My first stay was in Lords Jaipur and the impeccable service there, made me chose Lords in Udaipur. This was the only low point for me, as a guest

Just a little improvement needed for toilet and bath. Overall, very nice experience.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was really good. We had open buffet and a variety of food. Especial kudos to brother Rahul and the kitchen manager who were very helpful. They regularly asked us whether we needed anything. I'd also like to thank brother Mounu Singh for his great assistance for transport.

I had to get the sheets and pillow cases changed before getting into bed, as it seems this was overlooked by housekeeping. The room was cool, but not able to keep up with the heat of the day

The staff are friendly and family oriented. The rooftop is nice with an attached spa and pool. The price was half compared to a few doors down, and well worth the savings. It was quiet

The staff was very friendly. Some extra cleaning could have been done, such as in the elevator.

The breakfast was limited selections but tasted good. Rahul and Deepak served us well. They provided the extra that we requested, such as coffee and omelettes. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Firstly i would like to thank the whole Libra team for making my most special day more special to me. I went Libra Lords Jaipur to celebrate my daughter first bday and trust me it was the best choice i made. I checked in at 10 am in morning and i was allotted the room by Mr.Govind Thank u again for early checkin. Escorted by Mr. Govind to room which was beautiful. Mr. Govind also showed me the whole property and was very very cooperative. Dipendra ji at bar we had a very lovely discussion at bar and Dipendra ji were very warm and welcoming. Mr. Rajat the Front office manager very professional and very calm, Mr. Rajat knows the true hospitality. At restaurant we met Mr. Mahesh the manager, a very very big thanks to Mr. Chef Mr.Yogi who arranged the vegetarian food at restaurant. Team Libra this is a thank u note from my side and for making my stay as memorable and as pleasant for me. Definitely visiting again. 😁

Lobby area should be more clean rest all good.

Libra Lords Inn Jaipur is very beautiful, if you want to stay on Sikar Road then you can definitely go to Libra Lords Inn Jaipur.Room and restaurant service is good. This was my first business trip to Jaipur so I did not know enough about Jaipur but Mr. Rajat Front Office Manager he was helped me allot for this, he had personally called me about to check my arrival time, i was coming from airport so he guided me in proper way and ask me to save his number told me to save for any assistance it’s seems true hospitality, and again at time of check in he met with me and informed me about all sightseeing places and ask me about my schedule, and last he give me his visiting card for future booking , so i like his gesture & i will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely come soon. And finally I would like to thank Ms Nidhi also she is good staff she fulfilled all my special requests like dental kit, saving kit and all very quickly.

Everyone was good and nice hospitality.

Very nice front office staff specially Mr.Rajat front office manager, as at the time of check in very much rush at reception so desk staffs not able to attend everyone, then Mr.Rajat personally attend everyone and offer us tea/coffee as we arrived at little early due to weakened last day hotel was sold out so my room was not ready that time, but Mr.Rajat personally take follow up for my room and finally one room got ready and i got my room on time, so i like very much his efforts it’s showing true hospitality. Also thanks hk lady Ms.Nidhi she was also very awesome, she was provided lot’s of help during my stay as i have very small baby, she take care my baby.i will come soon again for stay in Libra hotel.
