The staff need training, had to call 2-3 times to bring anything. My stay was cancelled by the property on their own and no efforts were made by the hotel to rectify it, even after telling them to correct it , overall a trouble some experience

The fact that the lift met a snag and had to shut for two days -- but this could be a one off thing as the staff was seen helping customers hall up their luggage. The food options for single travelers need to improve. The hotel must provide a shuttle service or have taxi's connected to help guests go into town or to the airport etc., at a reasonable rates. There seems to be an overdependence on radio cabs as the area itself is somewhat sparsely connected. But that is true for most of Greater Noida so there is a context.

This was my third consecutive visit to the hotel. I had stayed earlier for over eight nights earlier, and then went off to stay in Delhi in another hotel. Then I came back for another two nights. I really liked the overall feel of the hotel -- the staff was trained and courteous, it was kept swanky clean, the rooms were comfortable and less noisy, the TV worked well, the showers were delightful -- though the bathroom was small --, and most importantly, the kitchen worked at all hours serving decent, homely food. Breakfast in the mornings were great for the price, though could have more variety.

The variety of buffet breakfast can improve. The cold drink selection can improve in the summers. Overall, the kitchens serves good food but there are fewer options for single travelers --- so the food bill can go high if you are not ordering from Swiggy or Zomato. The hotel location itself offers few choices in terms of nearby restaurants. Also, due to its location, there is an overreliance on Ola or Uber. That may be true for Greater Noida overall though.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent AC, lovely shower and bathroom (though on a smaller side), good kitchen and nice food, courteous and well trained staff. Good location but you'll have to rely on radio taxis such as old and uber, you'll not find easy access to autos or public transport around the area. Also, the area get somewhat deserted late in the evening -- post 9ish.

aur conditioner was faulty and they only provided just one towel, The geezer wasn't working early in the morning, water bottles should be free which obviously weren't and over that wifi was totally not good

Inside a residential area that has terrible roads. No stores or restaurants nearby. Very ordinary food.

The prices were exorbitant due to the Auto Expo 2023. The quality of breakfast could be improved with healthier options. It took considerable time for the billing staff to generate the invoice with the correct GST details, and since the printer was broken, it took additional time to get a signed and scanned hard copy of the invoice. They need to understand that business travellers require tax invoices which are complete in all aspects.

The rooms were clean, and the room service was very good. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. I particularly liked the tea being served here. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and had a good location.
