We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe jet spray in the bathroom was difficult to operate due to its tightness. There was no hair dryer provided in the bathroom. The in-house bar offers packed food, cookies, and snacks, but they charge more than the listed MRP and add additional GST at the time of billing. The food quality and breakfast options were disappointing. The staff's behavior was not very professional. The view from the room window overlooks a mall, compromising privacy, and they charge extra for this view. Parking space only for 3 to 4 private vehicle.
The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The quality of the room was well-maintained, and everything was clean and in good condition. The bathroom was also satisfactory. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience for night stay.

In the hotel are almost local guests, the staff is good. The breakfast is OK, but has many traditional food and some basics of international. If you like it or not depends on one person's taste

FinlandThe cons of the hotel; wifi was really unstable and it went to unconnect mode constantly. There was also some renovation noices at night that was disturbing when trying to get to sleep. When we checked out no one asked how our stay was. For this price I would check also the other options.
The room and restaurant was really nice (prepare only vegetarian food). Polite cleaners and restaurant staff. There was a big mall just next to the hotel and a nice food court. Harmfully you can't look anyone in the eye there (the mall) without getting disturbed by staring or taking photos of you.

The relation price/quality compared to other hotels in the City is incredible. For a cheap price you are offered a silence, comfortable, clean, almost new room that we really enjoyed. It was a very positive surprise. Next to the Airport and the mall with good restaurants. Breakfast was also good. If you are looking for an affordable hotel, we highly recommend Lords Inn Jaipur

AustraliaThe cleanliness in the room could have been better. There were spots on the sheets and hairs. Could also spot a cockroach in one of the rooms that we booked. There was a cigarette stench in the bedrooms even though they were all non-smoking ones.
The hotel is located in a very reachable area. Loads of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Easy access to touristy places.

MalaysiaThe staff seemed very unprofessional and uneducated. Doesn’t have courtesy to welcome guests. We were disturbed several times by the staff regarding payments when we had already made the full payment amount, and was disturbed regarding a visa they needed to see which was irrelevant. We called in for water which didn’t come till like two hours and 3 calls to the reception later.
The location was excellent. Quite near to several entertainment grounds. Easy access to restaurants and leisure locations.
