IndiaThe restaurant was rather small for a hotel of its size. Getting a place during breakfast time was a struggle. I stayed there for 4 days and on the first two days I had to wait nearly half an hour to get breakfast. Hence, on the remaining two days I was forced to go for breakfast before 7.30 a.m. They could well have managed the rush by providing breakfast both in the restaurant and the attached Buffet Room which was empty. The Non-Veg food was good. The vegetarian fare could have been better.
The room was adequately large and clean. The staff were polite and helpful.

IndiaThe washroom needs renovation asap. The water force is very less. Doesn't look like a 3 star hotel's washroom. And it takes a lot of time to get the hot water. Once the hot water is available, you cannot blend it with a right mixture. Even if you push the lever to the right (cold), still you get the hot water. If you push it to the extreme right, you get cold water. We are not getting a proper blend. The water flow is horrible. Except washroom, everything was great.
Room is good and spacious and the food was amazing.

IndiaRooms are getting older and need to be re modeled. Drivers don’t have a place to sleep and they are very tired the next day. Ala carte is not available for breakfast and even a single idli taken by the driver costs 650 plus.
