Service could be better Mandatory things like towel, dental kit, coffee powder, everything is only served (very late) only on our request. No response to housekeeping, Only communication is through reception. Coffee/tea is served cold all the time. Drinking Water is chargeable. No play area for kids to entertain.

No play area for kids. No complementary drinks or breakfast.. no bathroom needs (brush and toothpaste), no free mineral water bottle (1st one litre is free).. only one safety tube was given but the pool had 20+ people at the time. Restricted time for pool.. 8-6.

The rate is not included with breakfast. The amount I paid could have got you a 3 star hotel stay. This property needs a renovation.one can see the property is getting aged all the fixtures are from 90s I guess.

Didn't have compliment Breakfast for the same tariff. That's due to i have gone through Booking.com which is worst. Next time will prefer to book directly through the hotel . And also Hotel Mahabs should not allow or encourage such tariff without complimentary ,which will spoil the reputation

The hotel person having particularly white hair is too rude. He doesn't know how to behave with Indian Customers. Hotel welcomes only the foreigners, we Indians are treated like they are living free of cost. Hotel is interested that swimming pool is to be used exclusively by the Foreigners. Indians pay the rent for accommodation but are treated like they are of before 1945. Very bitter experience, always think about self-respect before going to this property. We are still in the era of before Independence here.

Room service and restaurant service was extremely poor ,room service i didn't receive lunch at all.After waiting for 1 hr i had to go and had lunch in the restaurant,dinner also came after 1 hr and that too after calling 3 times to the reception. No hand wash facility at the restaurant available.Drinking water not available at reception and for room only 1 litre free water provided for 24 hrs . Too many mosquitoes in room ,no blankets provided.No lifts available for 3rd floor room stay

Very old resort, rooms are not maintained poperly.Bad smell was around the room. Pathetic service. Will not recommended to stay here.AC and TV are not working properly.

Always use booking (or any other booking platform). Booked 1 night through booking and once my plans changed booked another night with them. They said it would be the same price as the one through booking. On the checkout they charged more for the second night and said they have included breakfast - which I didn't want neither take. There's no internet connection in the room, you have to get outside to have internet connection. No toiletries provided so bring your own soap, shampoo and shower gel

after being in the city it was a peaceful oasis to relax. all major tourist attractions were in walking distance. the staff was unbelievably kind and helpful!!

The room was very good. Property looks similar as shown in picture. No food was made available. Only available thing was fried rice. Also they just provide 1Ltr water everyday per room otherwise you have to pay 25 RS per ltr. The food is very bad. At the breakfast it is compulsory to get buffet. You can not order individual food. At the buffet if you reach by 9 so many things will be finished or unavailable.

Room was moist and moldy and it smelled very bad. Facilities in the bathrooms were broken. The water in the pool was green and murky. Definitely not safe to use. The older men at reception were quite saucy.

The property is centrally located close to the main sights and many restaurants.

it’s really bad how badly they wanted to charge extra for everything . I had reservation for deluxe room with double bed but the gave me twin bad and when I asked for double bed they wanted to charge extra for that really ???? even next day when I wanted Same room they was not agree for giving me same room and forcing to go to atm don’t wanted to accept card I did not felt good with staff after many arguments they give me the room what I reserved and after that charged 200 extra for this upgrade I am not happy with service at all room was not clean towels are broken floor dirty and for this I paid 2700 Inr
