Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is at a prime location in middle of city with travel simplified . Nearest metro station is at a walking distance of 5 minutes and it is an interchange therefore facilitating traveling in all four directions of the city . The staff is friendly and rooms are clean . facilities like wifi ,clean drinking water,hot water are all provided.

Had booked the stay just before the prices had been hiked to cater to a highly aggressive pricing across the city for an upcoming Coldplay concert. The establishment honoured the agreement (unlike many other hotels in the region) as per the original rates and helped facilitate a smooth midnight check-in. The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is also close to many popular tourist attractions, and well-connected via public transport.

No free services like coffee and Tea in the morning. and also news paper.
Its only to stay it will be better to have an individual kitchen and restaurant inside the premises.

I understand that ACs aren’t great for the environment nor costs, nevertheless one does not expect their ac to be deliberately switched off at the central fuse box each night… this was the one bad thing

Strong chemical smell in the room due to small white cubes that where placed in many locations (not sure what it is). Room was very small. WiFi in our room did initially not work and staff couldn't fix it, but it started to work a couple of hours after check-in. We didn't find out how to use hot water in our room, but probably staff would have been able to fix (it was generally warm during our stay so the cold water was good enough for a shower).
Very new and clean. Friendly staff (very limited English). Room was generally comfy and bright. We slept well. Location is good. Very good value for money.

Small room, staff behaviour Is pathetic especialy front desk guy they are not checking the voucher and issuing the another booking and asking more money. No restaurant attached for this. No parking as well. For hot water we want to ask reception to switch ON everytimeas they are manging the geyser switch.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located roughly a 10 minute drive from everything that you would want to visit and the railway station. Recommended!

No fridge, no electric kettle, no wet/dry zone in bathroom, no free one way airport shuttle as stated on Booking.com page, no good restaurants nearby. The noise of traffic from the road outside the hotel can be heard while we are in the room.
The nearest metro station is within walking distance. The front manager is nice and can communicate well in English which is a great help.
