Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo hot water, no place to hang clothes and accommodation called by a different name and hard to communicate with the people running the place.
I liked the room and it's surroundings in nice grounds, but it wasn't at the location shown on the map and it was also called something different. It was called, "29 Bungalows", so all very confusing, but with the help of some local taxi drivers we were eventually shown to the accommodation.

IndiaFew things don't like. Very First .. I have booked with the option - Pay at the property .. But these guys called me & demanding payment in advance or else they will cancel the room booking .. this is ridiculous against the booking.com policy. ( this should be a sign i should have realized that they simply do not bother about any policy or customer convenience ) 1. Check-in getting delayed by 2 hrs .. around 2 pm got all rooms .. 2. Security deposit rs 5000.. now a day no one takes such kind of things .. even all 5 start hotel .. 3. maintenance of the property very poor .. a . Bedsheet & blankets are not properly washed .. stains on it b.washroom stinky, washroom fittings are not well .. commode fittings was loose 4. Food order and serve ..2 hrs time difference.. it's too late. ( & all the items mentioned in the menu card is not available ) 5. Morning water supply was not there.. 6. Fan regulator not working, it is constant at a single speed. 7. Parking is too congested, a Maximum of 4-5 cars can park .. ( Beach is too far.. if you are walking it will take 15-20 minutes min ..) Also Many more points .. but overall below average.. Regards
