The bathroom was quite dirty, there was cigarettes inside and it was not properly cleaned. Nevertheless I can't complain for this price

We did have to wait until 1-2pm for our room to be ready and some of the neighbours in the surrounding area can be very VERY noisy.

We were able to check in at any time of day,we arrived at 6am from Dharamshala so they let us sleep in another room until ours was ready. The staff were friendly and let us rent a kettle for 100 rupees a day.

The Property is in Old Manali and the views from the terrace are good. It has ample open space and all basic facilities are available.

I liked everything.

I really enjoyed my time in Madana Inn Manali. It was great that hotel manager Avvi allowed me early check-in as I was exhausted after night bus travel to Manali. Location: Hotel is located behind MadKing café, up in the hill along the main road with full of café/restaurants, food stores and souvenir shops. I assume it will be a little bit uncomfortable to walk up on the stairs for people with luggage or disabilities. Keep this in mind during booking. There is a forest with birds near the red bridge. You can get to Mall Road within 20-30 minutes of walking through that forest. My room: I was provided with big and clean bed, towels, soap and dental kit. My room booking included kitchen, but there was no kitchen in my room. But, hotel staff provided me with everything needed for cooking and eating: induction stove, electric kettle, spoon, knife, forks, bowls for soup and plates. There was a bathroom with hot and cold water in the shower. It was cold in my room, but two blankets saved me. If I understood correctly, heater was available for separate payment. My room had a breathtaking mountain view from the window and balcony. There was a balcony with chairs, where I was having my breakfast and enjoying the scenery. There is a rooftop terrace with 360-degree fantastic mountain view and free gym equipment to use. Wi-fi internet worked very well when there was electricity. Electricity was turned off for several hours sometimes, but it’s not a fault of the hotel. All neighbors were without electricity too. Cleaning was made per request. I didn’t need daily cleaning, so I asked only once to clean my room. Overall, my stay in Madana Inn Manali was enjoyable. Thank you so much, Avvi ji beya.

When we arrived they said that they had no room for us. So we stayed next door for a better price and a great room with a view of the glaciers. So in the end it was fine.

Property was fine. But there was no crowd in the property. Rooms were overpriced with no facilities. They were trying to charge for multiple things and we wanted to extend our stay as there was snow fall. Even the property was vacant still he he charging very high amount for that. Food was not exceptional.

Dirty, no staff to manage the guest, heater want working, the drinking water had hair and staff wasn’t accessible. The location is also not good. As a solo traveller I did not feel safe as there was no one at all and there was dead silence. Approx 3-4km from Mall Road.
