The cleaning staff and other maintenance workers were very slow in responding. The pool was cleaned very late, there was no rain dance, the game zone was full of dusts and after calling them 3-4 times they sent someone to clean which is disappointing at the price we pay for the place. Even phone in room was not functioning and Tv in room was there but recharge was not done. Also, room service was taking lot of time to send someone to attend to our query. Repeated times we have to call, which is no good.

The space and serenity is good. Good place for family and couple as there are no nuisance creators.

Swimming pool was not that clean as I was expecting and games should be added more apart from carrom board. Distance is little bit long for the beaches. But that's not a very BIG deal. Carry your own bike it will be good.

Ambience is very good and food is also very good. Overall I liked.

I liked every thing about the property. I just felt it was a bit over priced.

The rooms were neat and clean. The pool is very big. The property is also very big and well maintained, thus one can roam and spend time within the property for hours.

The dining area is on the 2nd floor, it was a bit tiring considering everything was easily reachable. The steps to the swings and the indoor games area is a spiral staircase which for people having fear maybe difficult to climb. The doors to the toilet in the room we stayed, opens on the WC side which makes it cramped to get in or out. Could just open it on the Washbasin side as it had more space. The doors to the room and toilet both were huge so kind of a hassle. (Couldn’t help but notice these things as an architect)

Everything, the location was offbeat, away from the sea but quiet and full of greens around. Loved the food of whatever was available. Few dishes may not be available in the menu, but whatever was available we loved it. Room was clean, pool was clean. Had fun in the swings. The game room was big but had only carrom and dart board. There is indoor cricket play area too. The whole site was maintained beautiful.. felt worth spending the amount, though felt 1 day stay was quite short to enjoy it to the fullest. Also it is a good family resort

The food was really good. staff were kind and helpful. Rooms and everything was clean. I would likely visit again. Location was also easy to find and it was a peaceful place.

Location was my concern. It was far away from town. And we have to pay a lot to taxi and autos to get to town. It was the only negative for me.

Location was far away. But property was worth spending money. Staff was best and pretty helpful and kind. Staff prepared a special suprise for my birthday which was the best gesture i have ever seen. Looking forward to stay more often on holidays.

Clean and well maintained resort with nice facilities. Reception desk guy could have been more polite and understanding and credit card payment rules should br as industry fair practice (of equivalent hotel).
