Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Like most budget hotels in India, don't expect the room to look like the photos on booking. The rooms are tired, the tv never works, the shower doesn't work, you use buckets. This area is not for the faint hearted, just crossing the road near the hotel is an adventure.
The hotel is well located for the train station. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked and the wifi was ok. The room service food was also pretty good. The staff were nice too. There was a nice bar around the corner.

The credit card machine wasn't working. Hopefully it will be soon. If you need to pay by card, check with the hotel to make sure that is possible. In case you need an ATM, there are at least two on the same block.
The meals and room service were excellent. The staff checked in periodically to see whether I needed anything. Although the hotel is in a busy area, near the railway station, the atmosphere was relaxed.

The street in front of the hotel is chaotic, crowded and not very clean.
The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel manager helped us organizing the transfer from the airport to the hotel (at 3 am) and gave us a private taxi to move around the city (obviously not for free, but the service was cheap), and all the drivers where nice and helpful. He helped us also with train ticket and to organize our trip in other cities.

Bathroom sprayer leaked continuously = wet bath floor. Bed was very spongy.

First day only I decided to checkout due to bad smell and hospitality and raised the request on app for the same but thr hotel staff ignored my request (I clearly saw the my request notification on their desktop) and took 4 days price approx 8 thousand when I checked out on second day before 10 am. And the photos of rooms are fake on app. . The worst stay experience ever
