Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Many downs in this property. First of all the television wasn’t working and even though they told that they would get it repaired it wasn’t repaired for the next three days. The major drawback of this hotel was that there was no fan. The furniture in the rooms were also not as shown in the photographs. They were quite old. The reception staff was also not cooperative. I doubt if I will ever stay at this property again.
Just the location was near New Delhi railway station.

I booked an AC room after checking in and paying everything turns out the AC doesn't work. I asked the manager to get it fixed it or get me a new room. And I went out for the whole day and came back to see they did nothing, When questioned at the reception they put up their hands saying sir what to do. Recommend fellow travellers to please find another stay. Dont waste your time and money. Cuz I paid for an AC room and slept with a portable fan which was plucked from the reception wall.. Don't get scammed like this.

hotel palm is located near to the new delhi railway station. i liked to visit this hotel. you don't even need transport to reach this hotel it it located at walking distance from the railway station. Other things like room, cleanliness, room service etc. all things were good and impressive. i suggest this hotel to anyone want hotel near to the railways station.

Staff behaviour.
Rooms are not prepared before we enter.Tap came out from its fitting and horrible situation. Literally ran here there to find a room in this hotel.

They said , they don't accept Bookings from booking.com . But before coming to the hotel , i called them to confirm and they confirmed the booking . But on arrival they just refused it and asked us to pay double traffic to get a room

The location is not the best. It's even a bit difficult to get to the place by walking from the nearest train station. The room had no window and the cleanliness conditions were not the best

I had the worst experience there. Dont believe the pictures they look decent but reality it was a dump. There wasnt even a lock in the washroom, the bathtub was broken and had spots and drainage problem toilet was not clean and in the bedroom the bedsheets were not clean looked like someone mopped the floor with them and put it back on the bed. The AC was not working it was very uncomfortable. And after facing all these issues staff was rude to me and didnt even got me the money back. I checked out within 10 minutes of check in. I dont recommend this place.
