"Fantastic Homestay Experience in Aluppuzha,Kerala." I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marari Xavier's Inn Homestay during my visit to Alleppey, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the homestay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the place tidy and comfortable for guests. The host's hospitality was beyond compare. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From providing helpful local tips to offering assistance with transportation, they were always available and eager to help. They made me feel like part of their family, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout my entire stay. The location of the homestay was perfect for exploring. It was situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. I appreciated the convenience of being able to easily access various restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. The amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meals when desired. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for staying connected during my trip. Overall, my experience at Marari Xavier's Inn Homestay exceeded my expectations in every way. The host's genuine warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this homestay apart. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alleppey, whether for a short stay or a longer period. I am grateful for the memories and the outstanding hospitality I received during my time there.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The property is very close to a beach but the waves are high and there is no lifeguard, so go at your own risk. Food was amazing!

We (a family of 5) had a wonferful time at Marari Xavier. Such a warm and welcoming family, everybody made us feel at home. The dreamlike and peaceful location just adds to the unique expérience. Sunita was particularly in helping organizing our trip and activities. Wé will definitely recommend it !

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Excellent home made food. Owners are extremely kind and gentle. Five minutes after my arrival an afternoon boat trip in the backwaters was organised by them and they even took me for a small fee to the pier.

Sunitha, Albert and family have a little piece of Kerala paradise and are so willing to share it with you. Great home cooking, clean rooms and great wifi. Close to the beach yet in a quiet rural setting. It is 15 minutes out of Alleppey yet Albert ensured transport was on hand or easily booked. A beautiful experience.

Yes. The food was very very good at Marari Xavier's. A delight and very reasonable priced. They were happy to organise a canoeing trip for us. Very nice was that the host taught us some of the local language. We are practising a lot. We had a really nice time there. The location is clean and very close to the nice beach with terrific sunsets. Unfortunately, the beach has a lot of rubbish on it. A sad problem the whole country India is facing. As a suggestion for improvement the next investition of the host could be buying more comfortable mattresses. Valare valare nandi.

Ihad loads of questions stepping into this trip. But, Goodness me. What a trip it turned out to be. The hosts of this property are simply beautiful, amazing and such a lovely people. Sunitha and Albert, hosts of this property took care of me, and all guests as if they are our own. Everytime, you ask them for anything, they are ready and prepared for everything. This property has its own self private beach and its 5 mts from our room. The beach is such incredible, calm and beautiful I stayed for hours and hours just looking at its stunning sunset views and waves all day and night. The food prepared by Sunitha is such incredibleand delicious. Starting from home made authentic kerala style breakfast to all varieties in lunch and dinner. You name it and its there.. no matter what time. I requested for early check in and they said yes without a question. I asked for late check out and they are perfectly okay without hesitation. Truly genuine people and they just mingle with us with ease. They provide scooters for rent, they make us prepare for backwater rides any contacts we name, they have it. Main highlights are private beach with stunning and breathtaking views, food, quality of service and mainly hosts and their ground to earth interations with us. Looking forward to come and visit again them soon.

Very nice location to relax in front of a clean beach. There is also a beautiful lake 5 minutes away. Albert and Sunni were amazing hosts that tried to help with everything and were extremely friendly. It was hard to leave, since we enjoyed our time there a lot. It's only like 15 minutes away from Alleppey center by tuk tuk and it's the perfect stay to relax, have a swimm and then explore the city in the afternoon.

the blankets may not be washed so regularly. it is a bit out of the way which is quiet and lovely, but you need a scooter or car for sure.

Clean room, friendly family runs the home stay who were so accommodating and helpful - we had a bike within 10 mins and they booked an awesome shikara boat for us. the beach is so clean and right on the doorstep. the home cooking is delicious and they have beer too

The hosts Albert and Sunitha are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They are a warm family who are great hosts. Sunitha is a great chef who makes customised authentic kerelan meals for all 3 meals a day! Another guest celebrated their wedding anniversary there and the host family went above and beyond with decorations and cake! The room was clean. The homestay is right on the beach with great sunset views. We stayed at hotels during our trip but the experience and service here was far better!
