Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nicely renovated building with friendly, helpful staff. Less than 10min walk from the centre so a good location. Parking is a bit limited for the size of the hotel but there is free parking on the road. Our room was a bit cramped, although the bed was very comfortable. To be fair, it was the cheapest room offered. We didn't use the restaurant as it was buffet style service and fairly expensive; although it might work for anyone with a big appetite.

For the price, we were not expecting the friendly staff and spotless, comfortable rooms we got. Yes, the rooms were small, but they were perfect for somewhere to crash on a weekend to visit friends.1st thoughts when seeing the building, was not the best, but when you enter and then see the rooms, it's wow what a surprise, looks so different to what you expect, pleasant staff on the reception, helpful when we needed help, rooms were decent but with easy hotels you pay for what you want, and we had a twin room with bathroom and a window and was happy, lots of plug sockets and usbs which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely said we stay here again

The staff were wonderful. We were upgraded to an executive room which was a lovely surprise. The gentleman that checked us in (we think his name was Arun) couldn’t have been kinder to us and the upgrade really made our trip. The air conditioning didn't really work, but it was nice to get some air with the windows, it wasn't warm while we were there. The service was very good, as was the food. It's just a really great location and i'd highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel on the edge of town. Rooms were nice but there were newly constructed rooms that were probably nicer. Not sure why we were in an older room

Came for a engagement party being held nearby, staff went above and beyond to accomadate and help us hook up our Playstation. Facilities are top notch, it is a stones throw walk to everything. Outstanding hotel for value for money, cleanliness, service and amenities. Staff were friendly and professional.

NO breakfast at 5am but its ok
The bed, pillows and towels were all grea Loved our stay here! Such a great location for walking to different parts of the city. Staff super nice and rooms well equipped incl a pillow menu to make sure you get a good rest.

This was undoubtedly the most exotic stay during our entire holiday in delhi. We got a powered site for our campervan, which actually comprised of two lots thanks to the receptionist's

Every staff member from the front desk to the restaurant staff were so welcoming and helpful. Thanked us for our patronage many times. The room we occupied was super roomy and clean with a restaurant decor. The breakfast was outstanding and the happy hour in the Executive Lounge was excellent for the most part. The location is great if you are a walker.
