Dirty and poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms. It's a shame because I'm sure this hotel was beautiful at one point. A lack of care and attention has meant that the rooms and bathrooms are passable at best.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing and tasty food in the restaurant downstairs. Comfortable bed.

The hotel booking page says Pet Friendly / Pets allowed. so i booked and also mentioned in Sp request as i am travelling with 2 Pet dogs large size. Booking was confirmed by Hotel. However on my way at 8pm IST when i called hotel to informing my late arrival and again informing abt my Pet Dogs, i was shocked to hear that they will charge me extra 1000 Rs per Dog. That was so wrong, it shld had been informed while booking or mentioned in hotel rules etc. I had to search another hotel at 9pm on WEH. Don't understand what is wrong with Hotels to let allows Pet and if so then why charge extra. Ofcource if any damage let them charge, but why charge in advance. And some Bloody hotels has PINBOARDS saying PETS NOT ALLOWED. WHY WHY WHY

Bed Sheets were super dirty, pillow had more stains than a public toilet. Constang smell of urine in the room. Room was not cleaned even once in our entire stay. Toilets broken, flush work when it wants to. Blanket was full of dust and super unclean.

1.We forgot our 2 bags in the hotel and it was having some important documents, 20 envelops and coins of around 200/- INR and hotel team informed us regarding the same as we were running late and we had train to catch so could not go back to the hotel to take the 2 bags again, so we asked one of our Mumbai friend to take the same next day and when he went to take the same we did not got the coins which were there and also 20 VIP envelops were also missing. 2.Service of staff was very poor. 3.No lift facility in the hotel in spite of hotel having 3 floors , guest need to use stairs all the time. 4.Balcony was having water all around as the AC outlet was draining water in the entire balcony and it makes very difficult for the guest to stand in the balcony. 5.Hotel Manager was charging extra on each and every bill and I have to tell him all the time that we did not ordered this why have u charged us , then he removes the amount from the bill. 6.We booked 4 rooms in the hotel and the quality of rooms the hotel provided was very bad than he asked us to upgrade the room by giving extra Rs 1500/- INR per night we did that as well but than also hotel room were not satisfactory. 7.Even toliteries and hand wash were not there in the bathroom. 8.Bucket was not clean , i washed the bucket before using. 9.Last but the least its not a couple friendly hotel to stay in.

1.I did not like anything in the hotel apart from the large beds and breakfast quality which i liked the most like Poha , Upma and Paneer Tikka masala in the dinner.
