We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI came here for training purposes provided by my organisation, so I have requested for the invoice in which my organisation GST number and my personal details to be there. But the invoice Treebo has provided me is not correct. Due to the wrong invoice my precious time has been wasted. And also They have added Indiabulls agent for my booking , my email ID is also not correct. They've told me to give me correct invoice for my stay by Monday. Why should I face this issue even though I have requested them for invoice with the details of my organization. They are telling we'll provide the invoice only after checkout and also saying no modification in invoice after checkout then how to know if they have putting the correct details or not. And what if they've not given the invoice I correct details. Who will be responsible for all these inconvenience. Hope! They'll provide me the correct invoice as soon as possible.

IndiaThe main entrance does not have holding railings, it may be unsafe for senior citizens while going down. If a stainless steel or brass railing is provided, all senior citizens will feel secure while going down the stairs. Moreover it is safety requirement too.
The breakfast was excellent though I am a moderate eater I must tell the truth.

United Arab EmiratesThe windows of both the rooms were not having no lock systems!!! So night stay was terrible. Cleanliness was not there. Sufficient accessories such as towels were not provided. One of the rooms main door lock system was not proper and was provided with a manual key. Great effort was required to even close the door. A/C machine was showering water when woke up in the morning. It was our luck that we could identify the ponding water, else my children would have slipped and fell!!
