I've been delaying this review because I do not want to think about my stay here - it was an extreme basic stay, the female dorm shown to me was through a few rooms, no natural ventilation, very sparse bedding. the toilet was large but very old - I didn't even feel like using it. I literally only slept here for 3 hours, before taking the early morning train to the next town. Goa is a safe place and while I did not worry about my safety here, it was not a nice stay since it is a poorly maintained hostel.

The girl sharing the dorm room was nice, chatted with her for a bit. The staff were okay. Railway Station was walking distance from here - only reason I stayed here

Staff able to manipulate situations, and putting their own belief system before the customer. Some people may find loud music and the inability to hold down a conversation quite upsetting, especially for tourists looking for something specific. (i.e how to get to a beach(. I was told what beach, and to get a bus. We need far more information than that, what's the bus number? Heading east or west? What time is the last bus? How much does it cost? Is the beach busy or not? Does it close at a particular time? Do they do sports such as volleyball? Do I need to take a form of ID with me in case of security related issues? Coming from a service industry and country this is what should be mentioned, promoting local businesses with leaflets and pamphlets, the best modes of transportation etc. Travel and tourism is clearly not the staffs main ambition here.

The staff are always on hand to cater to your needs and requirements. They go above and beyond to make sure they have everything ready, if not they will prepare on demand. All you need to do is ask. Language barriers maybe a slight issue and could also be used to cover their mistakes, be careful in that respect.

This hostel is best for who’re travelling solo because there are lot’s of solo travelers like me whom I met there and made a best bond ever andade lots of memories over there. It’s best and cheapest hostel which is near by from madgaon railway station at walkable distance

The beds were really uncomfortable. Everything felt like it needed a good clean. Not enough bathroom facilities for all the guest staying meaning big queues in the morning for shower. Reception staff could be more friendlier.

Location not much accessible - Rooms weren't maintained as well as common area(very messy and unhygienic) - WASHROOM AND BATHROOM'S WERE WORST (not clean at all stinking) the bathroom on the 1st floor were open from the top.. Making it uncomfortable. They geyser wasn't letting out hot water even after waiting for 20 mins.

there is absolutely nothing to like about this place except location. stayed in several hostels all over India and this hostel is absolutely the worst ever. Do yourself a favour by not booking this hostel to experience the worst stay. There are many nearby accommodations nearby at almost same price with far better facilities, cleanliness, etc

It's not a hotel but a small residential house converted into Hostel, No pantry no tea coffee on request, No TV, No common area- but small dining room with a big dining table and 8 seater old poorly maintained stinking sofas making it very conjested area.

I think . There was no locker facility available or some other issue .. but it didn't bother me much . Would have loved if they had some towels around ..as i didn't carry one because it wasn't a planned stay.

I just checked in at 11.30 and the booking was effortless. . Nice friendly staff .. couldn't experience more it it as i had to leave early morning at 6 . So just got to relax at the hostel .. It's a good precaeful location i

There was no breakfast available. The wi-fi is non-existent. The washrooms are terrible. The staff tries to keep the place clean but they can only do so much considering that the washrooms are built so poorly and unfinished to begin with. The bathrooms need to be reconstructed and re-equipped with basic facilities. There is only one mirror/washbasin for 16 beds. The bathrooms are extremely old, run-down, and dirty despite the housekeeping person regularly checking and trying to ensure that the guests do not face any problems. Guests/residents keep smoking at the reception and inside the toilets. The flushe of the only usable toilet does not work.

Wifi doesn’t work anywhere bar reception. Beds are the worst we’ve slept in over our four months travelling, not even sure the linens are changed because they don’t smell clean. Facilities are horrendous, so dirty, didn’t even shower because it looked so filthy, it looks as though it’s never been cleaned..

Location was handy for the train station, only a ten to fifteen minute walk. Staff were friendly although the guy who checked us in was very slow.
