the room was very shabby especially the linen. No WiFi and the sound from the roof top ( DJ events) just don't allow you to relax. it was really bad to hear the staff saying SORRY for everything.

TV didn’t work properly,pantry was not refilled.breakfast was not served on time,less verity of food.language barrier,most of the staffs are unable to interact in English.need to improvise their communication skills.No one smiling.serious at all time.

I stayed two days and asked for room 🧹 cleaning , they cleaned room with old used towels and old bed sheets and hand towels which used one. Honestly I am saying if you guys maintain this moving forword most probably get ready to close.

It is suitable for a short stay, 1-2 or 3 nights, but not for longer stays. Very few amenities are available. The key cards often do not work. It had security outside but no one manning the front desk 24hrs, though someone was on call and answered the phone we did not get any assistance when raising an issue with the a possible fault or small animal trapped in the room’s vents at 2am. The issue was not investigated throughly enough the next day when reported to reception and we did not feel confident to continue our stay.

Room was a good size but the bed was not comfortable and sunk in when used. The room lighting was tricky to figure out. Room service was ok but the QR code did not work, and the server also made us feel uncomfortable by insisting on leaving the food in the far end of the room and engaging in conversation rather than using the space by the door which was initially requested.

Location of hotel is adjacent to railway tracks. constant noise from trains is an annoyance and nuisance.

My booking clearly said/says check-in was available from 12 PM (which is one of the reasons why I booked the hotel), but at the reception they mentioned check-in was only from 2 PM. However they did accommodate me since I was already there, and I am thankful for that. The check-in time info has since been updated in booking.com. Overall, the check-in experience could have been better and the staff at the time could have been a bit more helpful/polite. About the stay - Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. More like a 2-2.5 star. The room I was put up in was nothing like the photos. The walls and bed-sheets were dirty with some stains.

The bathroom was clean and fittings were good. Near major locations of interest. Some staff were nice and helpful.
