The room was not upto the mark as displayed in the pictures online. The bedsheets were torn and the bedsheets were too old and lot of smell was coming.. We didn't find the stay worth the money. Though the staff was friendly.

I missed the hot water in bathroom, at least no geyser as well as could not feel if water heating powered by solar. The other thing which was little disappointing for me was linen in room (Bedsheet, Blanket or Pillows & their cover) were old, with spots and bit yellowish due to their age; however, I got a set of linen on demand which was in little better condition.

I liked the location not too far from city centre of Panchghani and not too close where it's noisy due to city traffic, so it is very peaceful. The valley view from the room is awesome and the staff is very courteous. At backside good size pool and again very good open space to enjoy your tea, breakfast lunch or dinner with valley view.

Property is very good...but should be maintained properly...there was no maintenence and it's detoriating.

We reached there in evening and they said we dont have bookings but actually it was there with booking.com, then they said to cancel me on site and take another offline with higher pay. So i felt it is like they gives our booked room to other if we didnt reach on 11 am , actual checkin time. But that should not be the case as we have not cancelled it. They should call us and ask if they felt we are not coming.

Bathroom are smelling and toilet panel broken.

The place is nice. Rooms and service is good. Food quality not that much good and Zomato works here. You can order food from outside. Overall nice place for one night. Swimming pool is attraction.

Bathroom flush button was broken. Tv was not working. No wi-fi in rooms but cellphone signal was decent. Several maintenance issues.

Rooms were not classy. But yes after 2 yrs of challenging period they will now surely improve. This is what they promised.

Flush panel was broken in the bathroom. Swimming pool was not that clean. Restaurant was closed and only online order from outside was the option.

It is easy to reach and having good view of the valley. It is peaceful and located far from the crowdy areas. Swimming pool is good in size. Enough parking space. Facilities like table tennis, pool, carrom, chess etc. is a bonus especially when travelling with family with kids.

the rooms were poorly maintained. smelly and stained blankets were provided, got them changed. threads were coming out of bedsheets. walls were patched. rooms were different form the pics shown in site. no wifi in rooms.
