My stay in Moustache Varanasi was absolutely amazing, it is a good location, good amenities but mostly the staff and atmosphere are perfect. You will feel welcome anywhere in the common area and there is always someone to help you if you need anything. Great place to meet guests too in the common areas. Best moustache I’ve tried yet, thank you again!

The room and bathrroom were CLEAN! You don’t see this very often in India. There was hot shower and AC. You don’t get surprises when you see the description and then you see the reality. And the views from the rooftop are awesome! Even if it rained, you have space in the roof to relax. We also wanted to buy a train ticket, and in reception they helped us a lot! First time after one month that in less than 5 minutes we had our ticket and without lies. I don’t have anything bad to say about the stuff, they are very helpful!

the credit card machine wasn’t working and they didn’t let me know in advance so I could get enough cash. had to walk in the heat after traveling all day to several atm places with no luck - they didn’t work. very frustrating experience. Yash let me stay the night though which I appreciated and I tried again the second day and was able to get cash from atm nearby.

the staff were very helpful. had a loud roommate who would play videos on speaker late at night and they addressed the issue. the lady who manages the kitchen was great! yash is very friendly guy and kind. sitting in common are during monsoon storm was cool. location is great - went to assi ghat and lanka easily. there’s also a good restaurant right by hotel

Although we had to cut short our trip in Varanasi and were at the hostel only for a few hours, we had a great experience. Yash was extremely helpful in getting our tickets booked for our onward journey.

Some time issues (punctuality) occurred with the excursion in the morning or the opening of the kitchen, but they could be resolved.

Nice place to chill on the balcony or cool down in an room with AC. Facilities were regularly cleaned. Breakfast was served according to wishes. It was great to be able to stay until leaving for the night train.

Considering that it is a hostel, there is nothing that I find negative.

The common room was very clean and well designed. The air conditioning worked very well and each bed also had a fan, plugs and personal light. The hostel staff is in the best disposition to help and support the guests. In a very well located place.

AC timings sucks, ACs are turned off untill 10pm in the night from about 10am in the morning. Good food but slightly on the expensive side.

I'm a bit fed up with Indian travellers. I've been in India over a month and the local travellers do not respect anything. Leave the light on all night, listen to loud music or watch their phone until 4am. Smoke in the bathroom and disrespect the facilities. When you tell the staff, nothing happens and it starts again the next day.

Comfortable bed, nice dorm. The upper terrace is very nice and the food served is good quality.

The common area could be more happening starting with the TV screen it should be bigger one and possibly they can have some inhouse engagement events to make the stay more fun and iteractive with the mates
