The hotel is very close to the beach and value for money. The food was very bland but homely so don't expect much there.

Mattress was pretty thin. The sea view and the terrace were on the second floor, not adjacent to the room as we had expected.

Good location, very close to Anjuna Beach and the flea market. Good value if you are on a budget.

Probably the most affordable decent accommodation at an excellent location. Staff behaviour is really friendly and cooperative.

no wifi asked or provided and less mobile signals , so faced trouble in connectivity. No Hotwater

Staff is good but takes long time to allocate and mainly the location is difficult to find because it is backside of the road with no proper sign boards to approach.

Much more care could be put in maintaining the room and general facility. Cleaner pillows and sheet and comfortable mattress would be a positive. There were also unnecessary trash items on the balcony/dining area and the end of the corridor. Overall anesthetics could be improved greatly to make this guest house more welcoming.

The wifi wasnt great but its not a big deal for me , maybe its a problem for some people. Bed and towells were not very clean

I didnt get the staffs name so i feel guilty , but i have to say he really went far to make me feel at home and to enjoy my stay, the hospitality here was the best ive had in india , really friendly people who will do the most to make you enjoy your stay. Location was good for food and relaxing

Location of the property is really rice, a calm and serene place. Mr.Ravi the person who handles the property was really a fabulous person and very friendly.

No parking, & staff could be added more that poor that shouldn't be doing it all alone.

Staff was very cooperative I loved his personality he takes care of all things single handedly. The view was awesome ..me n my friend stayed at the beach view rooms which had the fabulous view of the beach from the windows, the rooms were enormous & had all the facilities, breakfast was given everyday. Overall super experience in June 2024. Go n stay don't worry of anything here.

Location does not have a sea view but sea is only few minutes walk. Room is ok bathroom standard features for India with bucket showers. Breakfast same everyday fresh hot stuffed paratha and tea. Helpfull staff. Quiet location close to stalls and restaurants.

The room was filthy, it needs a good clean top to bottom. The breakfast was a joke
