The property's location was great just 1minute walk to the beach and they serve free breakfast & dinner also... service also good especially Mr.SONU such a nice person he is IN charge for this property and guides as to different spot near us....I would definitely recommend this property

No restaurant in the hotel. Its provided from outside. Dinner was only veg food. No option for the guest. Therefore we opted not to take both breakfast and dinner. No vehicle access to the hotel.

Rat shit smell and other smells. Dirty at a crazy level. The owner kinda played the mafia guy part with us to pay immediately once arrived after midnight which was a problem since we had no cash and they didn’t take Mastercard or other western payment methods. Once obtained to pay the day next he actually said: “we’ll make you pay in case you don’t”. They wake us up at 9 am to go withdraw money which was bad as well since it was the 31th December and we went to sleep late.

It's situating at prime location in Anjuna beach .sea waves can be hear easily.a perfect place to a family and as a solo traveller as well.neat and clean properly .very close to the sea .from the terrace sea view.braekfast and dinner like home tasty and fresh.nice place to hangout with arround the world.staff is very friendly and scincier.do come at same place

Everything. We were stranded in the street for more than Hours. Finally, the guy who picked the call started to shout at us without listening to our concern. The guy who picked the call didn't have patience to explain the location. The next one who picked the call asked us to check on the booking.com to see the route and disconnected the call. This experience ruined my vacation and caused a lot of stress. The bedsheets were dirty and full of hair. The rooms are not worth it at all. There is no private beach as it mentioned on the site. I choose that hotel only because of that. My payment was paid by me at once for 2 days. But due to their behavior I have decided to check-out the place on the first day (13-12-24)) and asked for the refund. They promised to pay the money until I was there. Once I left the place they stopped answering my calls. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a room hosted by Sonu, and I must say, the experience was absolutely worthy. Everything was not as per what they show on your website. It’s all fake and the owner is the worst of the lot as he never answers calls if there is an issue. 2 days we did not have water to even take a shit at the property such bad service

Nothing was good at all. What picture they have posted in booking.com is all fake. Room are extremely dirty and beds and mattress are very old and dirty I was robbed of my personal belongings during my stay there. I lost items like a power bank, perfumes creams charges etc The thief robbed me through the window and when I told the owner he said he will look into the same but never revert
