The room was matchbox sized , certainly not one that could be called a double room , leave alone a deluxe double room , which is what one would expect when staying for more than a day with one's partner/spouse. There was no free drinking water , no electric kettle or tea bags , sugar and coffee sachets provided.

I do not know whether a complimentary breakfast was included in our booking , but we preferred to go to a nearby vegetarian restaurant called SUDARSHAN restaurant. Prices there were on the higher side , but the eateries available near the hotel left a lot to be desired on the hygiene front. The room had a split air conditioner , intercom telephone , 2 bedside stools , a chair , a cupboard , TV , geyser , an exhaust fan in the bathroom cum toilet , and a garbage bin. Towels and soap were provided.

It's damp and danky as a smell. A lot of bunk beds, so naturally some people might be awake at night or just a little noisy. But it is an experience as well to be with other people so depends on your desire.

I liked that this hostel is not too far from the airport, somewhere to chill for a night. Good facilities overall, a towel and water as complementary services.

There is only 2 washroom , I would have preferred an extra washroom as the dormitory has 8 beds and 2 washroom are not enough early in the morning when everyone wants to rush to work.

I had opted to stay here as I was for a short work visit, the place is good for short stay. I stayed for a couple of hours only as my work finished quicker than expected. I reached early morning and the reception staff quickly showed me to my bed and AC was working and the room had perfect temperature for a good quick nap

There wasn’t a storage room/area for luggage. We had to check out at 11am but our flight wasn’t until the evening so didn’t want to carry our bags around. After a chat about this, the staff were really nice and said they would store our luggage in the lockers of the dorms

The 90 feet road it is situated on is crowded and lot of vehicle movement.

Double delux room was clean and comfortable. Ensuite washroom was hygienic and well maintained. A couple of kilometres away from the airport.Tariff was economical.Food was good. Service front, they were polite. Good enough for short stays , due to it's proximity to the airport!

for a person landing for the first time in India, the location is rather shocking. for this price you can't find anything better because Mumbai hotels are very expensive

because it's close to the airport and because most flights from Europe apparently land at night it's quite a good choice to stay. but for a short time. the hotel is clean. the employees are very cool and friendly. the room is nice. the bed is comfortable

First drawbacks - only one small hanger which is inside the dormitory bed . If he provides some clothes hanger spaces so anyone can hang their clothes. The location of saki naka is dirty( applicable for all dormitory in saki naka) but the hotel with its dormitory service is very good. Lack of places/area for hanging wet clothes to dry. Not permitted for washing clothes.

I booked a male dormitory bed for me which is nice and clean. 2 Toilets with attached bathroom for dormitory which is clean. Ac is working ( i am available in the evenings only). Wifi is working but at night wifi stopped ( may be some problem). Wifi speed is good. I haven't eaten breakfast or meals at this hotel so i can't comment on that ( not eligible). Locker(3-4 bags easily added) and small safe is also good ( which is in the dormitory bed). Alam is a good service man he is assisting what he possibly knows. Naka saki metro is near to the dormitory/ hotel. So many food options are available in that area( go to the Shalimar restaurant for idli sambhar 50rs) walk to saki naka stairs. The person on service desk is good. Drinking water is also available and good. My First day charges of dormitory - 450+ GST ( 53) = 503 rs 2nd day = 450Rs only This Area is very near to the Airport (don't know about the gate). You can get an auto and bus also. I have seen a person using iron in dormitory. Two ac and one middle fan in dormitory. Every dormitory bed also has a small fan just above the head area which is good. I am almost 5 feet 10 inch so dormitory bed size comfortable for me. Bed is also good. One kambal available. Each Western toilet attached bathroom one shower ( hot and normal water both available ) one bucket and mug toilet in good condition. On the road. One shocket for charging for each dormitory. While entering the spraying machine for washing or disinfecting yourself.
