We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They didn't offer 24hr checkout. Despite approving my late check-in they insisted that I should vacate the room sharp by 11 a.m next morning.. So the money I paid is just for 13 hr stay.

Bath room, Electric kettle and TV set need. Some hotel boys and workers has stolen my cash money from bags on 1 dec evening to 2nd Dec' 23. No one steal money because they keep key at their counter when we out from hotel. Management did not response well.

👎👎👎👎👎Worst service ever, reception staff are arrogant. Hot water is not available complimentary breakfast is the worst breakfast I ever had. Cleanliness is not maintained room service isn't that great the approach road and locality are worst. I would never recommend this to anyone even bedsheets are not washed properly my overall stay experience is pathetic 🤬🤬

When most of the rooms are not occupied, reception staff took 300 rupees for 2 hours early checkin.. Training required for reception staff. No free early check in no free late check out. No soap,shampoo in rooms..

On the 3 May 2023 we arrived around midday. The Reception Managers said there was no booking for us. I said there is a confirmed booking.com booking. I also showed a booking.com message from Nestlay Rooms Vanagram confirming the booking. The Managers said booking.com confirmed bookings are not confirmed. They also said the booking.com message was not from Nestlay Rooms. I think these guys were telling porky pies! With this hotel provider Nestlay Rooms Vanagram booking.com confirmed bookings are NOT reliable. I would not recommend Nestlay Rooms Vanagram.

Current gone at early morning 1am. Several times called to reception, but no one answered. Then called to one mobile number and luckily he answered. Then one person came for checking and arranged another room. But in the mean time we all lost our sleep. My wife need to attend OET exam next day and she couldnt get proper sleep after this issue. Also two kids with us. Next morning your staff informed us it's only a trip issue. But the assigned night shift person couldn't identify the ELCB area and therefore we only suffered. We ordered 4 lunch parcels from your restaurant and waited for more than one hour. Altast arrived only one food parcel. Then again waited for another 30-40minutes for the remaining parcels.
