We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaOn the 3 May 2023 we arrived around midday. The Reception Managers said there was no booking for us. I said there is a confirmed booking.com booking. I also showed a booking.com message from Nestlay Rooms Vanagram confirming the booking. The Managers said booking.com confirmed bookings are not confirmed. They also said the booking.com message was not from Nestlay Rooms. I think these guys were telling porky pies! With this hotel provider Nestlay Rooms Vanagram booking.com confirmed bookings are NOT reliable. I would not recommend Nestlay Rooms Vanagram.

OmanCurrent gone at early morning 1am. Several times called to reception, but no one answered. Then called to one mobile number and luckily he answered. Then one person came for checking and arranged another room. But in the mean time we all lost our sleep. My wife need to attend OET exam next day and she couldnt get proper sleep after this issue. Also two kids with us. Next morning your staff informed us it's only a trip issue. But the assigned night shift person couldn't identify the ELCB area and therefore we only suffered. We ordered 4 lunch parcels from your restaurant and waited for more than one hour. Altast arrived only one food parcel. Then again waited for another 30-40minutes for the remaining parcels.
