The location is perfect and the hosts are great, really sweet people. The room was spotless and the AC and hot water worked great. They even accommodated out request to extend our stay for another day

The room was a ground floor, windowless room.

Sigh, no accommodation is really good in hampi bazar. Howeve, the room had functioning air conditioning, a hot shower, a table and chairs, a comfortable bed and a deck upstairs, with tasty food. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

It is right next to a small farm with goats and it stinks a lot. Must have incense to block at least a bit that smell. A lot of mosquitos in the bathroom and there's no net there. Must have repellents. Bathroom itself quite old with stains and humidity smell.

When you hear the people you are a guest of laughing, you know it is a happy place. The roof terrace with its plants are cared for, the hosts are lovely people. I'm not on commission to write this review, I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

Not too much, if your expectations are set for a very rural, guesthouse situation.

We stayed for four nights in this guesthouse. We immediately felt very welcome by the owner family. The room is rather dark (without lights switched on), but clean and you anyhow are exploring the fantastic Hampi area during the day. Breakfast and dinner options are rather limited but very good and tasty.

Very nice guesthouse in a calm corner of Hampi Bazar (except for the barking dogs, but we are in India 😃 and in the countryside). The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. We had a delicious Thali in the restaurant. The hot water and wi-fi are working very well. I highly recommend 🙏

Awesome hospitality, humble polite uncle and aunty. Superb delicious home cooked food (extra charges). Room has ac and enough space for 2 people. Clean and quiet place. Dog Charlie is cute.

I had a wonderful stay near Virupaksha Temple. The owner is incredibly humble and went above and beyond, arranging a station pickup and guiding us on places to visit. The homemade food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and 24/7 hot water was a bonus. The host was polite, helpful, and even kept our luggage safe after checkout. Truly a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

The common area was only partly available, may be because of lower season.

We had a great stay. The rooms are good and comfortable with a good AC and soft beds. The hosts were very friendly and helped us out amazingly with getting around in Hampi and booking the train. Their food was the best we had in Hampi, you must try it! The cold water the hosts provided was also a highlight ;-). Cute kittens and a friendly dog.

All is well literally! I‘ve booked 1 night and extended 2 more. Nagaraj and Laxhmi are great hosts. They took great care of me and helped me with everything needed. The location ist perfect, the main temples and sunset points are reachable within walking distance. The room was spacious, equipped with an AC and a fan. There was warm water available and toilet paper provided. Definitely a place to recommend.

The stay here was indeed "all is well". Perfect location to visit Hampi temples, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the home cooked meals were some of the best I have eaten in India. This family run business makes for an exceptional stay in Hampi. I would recommend it to anyone.

Friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to be offered a welcome drink too. Good location in Hampi town. Rooms are very comfortable. There is a good space on the roof for relaxing or having a cup of tea. Tasty breakfast is available for an additional cost. The place is run by a very kind and helpful family too, including the lovely Charlie the dog who is adorable!
