Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was inside a street so had to walk to the cab at some occasions.

The location which is beyond the scope of any improvements.
The hotel was more than I expected as the food, hospitality and cordial managers added with equally helpful staff were very very good.

It is very difficult to reach the hotel in car, the back alley is occupied by the shops and makes the road smaller. We were blocked just 100 metres front of hotel and had to take reverse and came around from other side.

Location is very busy ,so cab is little difficult during business hours Also they should have their own restaurant, However I heard that they are developing.
Every time I visit ,i find this hotel is perfect.This is my continuous 4 th visit and I find from staff till management, everything is perfect.Rooms are good ,spacious with a balcony attached

The approach road is very congested, and a very foul smell is coming from some parts of that road

During the day the staff sprays insecticide in the whole hotel. The smell is acrid and makes the throat itch. It reminded me of kerosene and it's absolutely disgusting. No warning was given - if it was, we would have left the hotel avoiding the smell and its effects. The bathroom is quite large but there is no shower curtain or cabin, so the whole floor gets wet and when after taking a shower you need to go back you have to wear footwear otherwise you'll get wet. A simple shower curtain would suffice to stop this.
Although located in the highly noisy centre of Hyderabad, this hotel was in a side street and we can hear absolutely no noise in the bedroom. The rooms and hotel were of average to high standard and very clean.

The staff were really making an effort to do their best. The buffet breakfast was very good - varied and great quality. There was a little balcony in the room. The hotel is on a side street, so it was very quiet, which is very rare in India.

The Hotel is in a quiet street away from the noisy main roads. The room was good and clean. Staff were really friendly and breakfasts really good. Motorbike parking was good and near to the metro station.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with great en-suite facilities. A great location too. Relatively near the sights but down a quieter side road so you didn’t get to much traffic noise. The breakfast had a great variety of dishes. Really good value for money.
