The location of the hotel is little inside from the main road and the road is bad and under construction. This was the main drawback. However, hotel staff helped in carrying back and forth the luggage. Another thing was about the quality of the toiletries provided. They were not up to the mark and better soap, lotion and shampoo should be kept. Also, cleaning of the room was not done as mentioned in the policy. It looked like we had to specifically tell them to clean.

The room was good. I had booked a room for 3 people. The room had 2 double beds. Stay was good at an affordable price. Pleasant staff.

BUT , it was a construction site. access road was a crater area, walkable only. some 100-150m with baggage as cars cannot approach. which means NO loud traffic at first but WORKS DURING THE ENTIRE LASTNIGHT complete with trucks reversing shouting heavy machinery and crater area even worse the next morning when I left . NOT the hotels fault , they suffer as well.

The street leading up to the hotel is under construction, so it is hard for taxis to enter. I didn't hear any street noise in the room, which is a bonus.

The lane from the main road to the hotel was very bad and dirty.

The hotel was at a central location and closer to all the sightseeing places. The staff was very helpful and the room was neat and it was a comfortable stay. The hotel has an early check-in option based on availability and can be availed by paying additional charges per hour.

Big size rooms and a big size washroom. Room and washroom were very neat and clean. WC quite away from the bath area. Breakfast available at nearby Suprabhat and Supreme restaurant.

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Washroom is maintained clean. The administrative staff and support staff is courteous and helpful. We checked out early in the morning but the hotel allowed us to keep luggage to evening and in the evening when we returned have is a will to freshen up , very kind of them.

I really like this hotel the staff and management are very friedly. The room spacious snd clean. The breakfast buffet is just about the best If had in many visits to India. The location is down a relatively quiet street in an otherwise noisy city. Its walkable to Charminar and only a short distance to the metro. There is car and motorbike parking and a good restaurant at the end of the street. I have stayed here several times. It s my no 1 choice when I am in Hyderabad I
