United KingdomThe room size could have done with being a little bigger. By the time my luggage was put in the room, I was walking over luggage to get to the door. If 2 people were sharing and there were 2 lots of baggage, there would have been a problem. I know space is at a premium inside the airport but just a little bigger would have sufficed. The price could have also been a little less as usage will almost always just be a few hours. It was also quite noisy outside the room. The walls and door could be better insulated.
Very good in transit stay hotel. Very convenient to get to. The reservations team were accommodating and allowed a late check out as I arrived only 3am. The room was neat and clean.

United StatesFelt a little bit like being in a quarantine hotel again due to security restrictions, can only get food at their restaurant. Not exactly soundproof, in spite of signs asking for quiet there were still people talking in the hallway and a loud alarm that went off for at least 10 minutes (in the daytime).
Very convenient for an early morning departure flight. Absolutely no noise from the airport or planes above. Comfortable enough and has all you need for a transit stay. Felt more lux than what I expected, very professional. Would definitely stay there again.

FinlandWith early flights with kids its very good option. You miss one airport hustle phase early morning since you dont have to queue at airport entrance. Cause you smoothly enter check up. without queueing assisted by security people and hotel staff. Previous evening from side door downstairs. Then early morning things go more smooth way.
