The room size could have done with being a little bigger. By the time my luggage was put in the room, I was walking over luggage to get to the door. If 2 people were sharing and there were 2 lots of baggage, there would have been a problem. I know space is at a premium inside the airport but just a little bigger would have sufficed. The price could have also been a little less as usage will almost always just be a few hours. It was also quite noisy outside the room. The walls and door could be better insulated.

Very good in transit stay hotel. Very convenient to get to. The reservations team were accommodating and allowed a late check out as I arrived only 3am. The room was neat and clean.

Felt a little bit like being in a quarantine hotel again due to security restrictions, can only get food at their restaurant. Not exactly soundproof, in spite of signs asking for quiet there were still people talking in the hallway and a loud alarm that went off for at least 10 minutes (in the daytime).

Very convenient for an early morning departure flight. Absolutely no noise from the airport or planes above. Comfortable enough and has all you need for a transit stay. Felt more lux than what I expected, very professional. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms do not have sound insulation and you can hear the noises in the hallway. The room and bed was comfortable. Shower had the necessary amenities and personal care items. I’d recommend for a short stay

We had booked a twin room but it was in another building si we settled for a double room. No windows in the room.

Very convenient location in the airport. The room was clean. Also very quiet room. Breakfast was good.

With early flights with kids its very good option. You miss one airport hustle phase early morning since you dont have to queue at airport entrance. Cause you smoothly enter check up. without queueing assisted by security people and hotel staff. Previous evening from side door downstairs. Then early morning things go more smooth way.

Paper thin walls room 325 close to reception ! People arrive 4-30 in night! Make noise &enter rooms early hrs off night! &hear all noises from next rooms !! Plus as I wose very close to reception area loud saxophone music @ 6-00am !! Made complaint to management !! Have personal card to rebook next year ! Other -wise good 👍

Air conditioning in room couldn't be turned up, room was too cold, had to turn it off, but apart from that everything was fine and as expected, excellent location in ground floor underneath departure terminal, good basic food and breakfast and en suite bathroom.
