United Statesthe place was not clean; I had to ask staff to scrub the bathroom floor and the sink and deodorize the bathroom. In fact, I purchased my own air purifier Additionally, staff do not automatically check and replenish toilet paper and soap or change sheets. Worst of all, there was ongoing construction on an adjacent building from 5:00 AM to nearly 9:00 PM. the noise from it was absurdly nerve-wracking.

NetherlandsThe hotel is very outdated and doesn’t look like a 3 star hotel at all. This was the only hotel in India thats asked to pay in advance. After we stayed here we can understand why. So before you make the payment check the room. The first room we got (on the ground floor) had insects and mini cockroaches. We told this and got a new room. However both rooms didn’t have a window and were humid. Even a dry paper became wet in the room. There was lots of mold in the room. We didn’t use the bathroom. When people smoke in the hotel you smell that in the rooms. We also did not like the location as foreigners. It did not feel safe for us. And hotel is more than 5 min walk from Delhi Railway Station.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They work with a travel agency. We could easily arrange a driver to Agra for a reasonable price.

United StatesThis is a great location right on the market street in Delhi. There are tons of food and shopping options in walking distance and the staff is super kind and helpful. There are many transportation options in the area and is very easy to see the city from this hotel.
