Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThey overcharged me. 4246 instead of the booking price of 3700. Rooms were not cleaned properly. No towels provided. Bathroom was stinking when flushed. Door mats were untidy filled with dirt. Unpleasant stay.

IndiaBedsheet covers were torn, linen had spots. We had to ask to replace it. There were liquid soap stains all over the walls of bath room. Hotel did not have any parking facility which was not mentioned on booking.com. No mirror in the room. No TV channels were available. It was only you tube. No Tea cups were provided...we had to ask for them. Tv bracket was broken it was supported on a flowerpot! Hot water was actually luke warm and that it appeared after letting so many litres of water just drain
Working staff was quite supportive...they tried best in their capacity.

IndiaThe bathroom isn’t clean. My room didn’t get hot water half the time. The loo would literally stink, and you could hear other rooms flush loudly through the walls! They simply don’t clean even though they ask you to deposit keys. I saw my blanket untucked the way I left it throughout my stay. The guests can also get loud and rowdy in the corridor at late hours and the hotel staff does nothing to quiet them down.
The location is great but the services are terrible.

India...but I wish the hotel paid some attention to the basics - like the smell that hits you as you enter the premises, the availability of tea/ coffee bags, requesting other guests to keep noise levels low etc. I wasn't expecting star facilities at this price, but the lack of basic cleanliness left me disappointed.
The location is very good and rooms are of a reasonable size...

India-No one is responsible for anything. -They keep used linen for nest check in people. -Towel quality is quite poor. -there has been no attention for cleaness of toilets, passages, walls in the room. -No hanger in wardrobe. -wall between two rooms is like a partion, people talking in the adjecnt room is clearly audible and troublesome. -broken bathroom fittings. -No provision for keeping towel in the bathroom. -people don't respond after they listen you. -Manager don't worry is you are not satisfied, No breakfast.
Location is good. They provide TEA Coffee kit with Kettle in the room.

IndiaThe staff were reasonably courteous but there was no process in place with reference to keeping the rooms clean and replenishing expendable like towels etc. When spoken to they seemed helpless and were unable to relate to customer complaints.
