When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The internet. The internet connection had to be renewed every 24 hours which was not straight forward. If it wasn’t for this the hotel would get an exceptional rating from me.

Coffee machine to be kept ON for 24 hours. I was not able to make a coffee/tea when I woke up at 3am due to jet lag. There was a kettle and sachets in the room but when machine coffee is available why not keep it on 24 hrs.

They have no breakfast, little bit dirty outside the hotel.
Very cosy room, very clean, good bed, very good staff, always there helping. I forget the security man name, but very very kind boy ❤️ Daily cleaning was done, in general love everything in the hotel. Coffee machine was available and free at the reception. Well situated, good but very few restaurants nearby, local shop around. Mini supermarket nearby. It was one of the small best hotel we stay in.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff, Surmila and Sadik, were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Their hospitality truly stood out, making my experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Staff is great. They are very helpful and flexible. The reception is 24/7 so if you're coming from the airport at night, there is no issue. The rooms are great, very clean and it has a great bathroom. I highly recommend this!!!

The only thing is the bathrooms need to have a wiper to remove the water from the floor.

This was known but the bed I had was a single bed so for people who want a bigger bed they would have to opt for that option.
Clean and large room perfect for solo traveler. A lot of space to store and put my belongings. Staff (Surmila and Sadik) are friendly and helpful. Location is quite central too.

Bed a bit hard, but pillows were good. WiFi could improve. You need to ask for a new code when it starts to slow down. Would be helpful to have a small fridge in the room.
Very clean, well equipped room. Good shower. Friendly and helpful service from the front desk. Located on a side street so it’s pretty quiet. Breakfast box delivered to room. Nice coffee machine in lobby.

They have a Wi-Fi limit, which is less and as someone that went there for work as well, it was annoying to reset the internet 3 times during my 2 day stay.
The staff were friendly, the location was good and the room was very new and comfortable. The staff gave me a free breakfast upgrade which was nice of them. The team were hospitable and clearly tried to make you feel welcome. I think the property is new which is why its super clean.

There was nothing I didn't like.
The staff, reception and housekeeping provide excellent service and are very friendly. Reception staff was exceptionally helpful in taking care of some issues I had with a flight , a train ticket, and recharging an Indian phone card. These would have been difficult for me to sort out but their help made it easy. I especially want to thank Mohit, Surmila, and Dharmendra for their help. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure. Olive Millers Road is excellent value. I recommend it.
