The property is very far from the city centre and the way to the property is so narrow that even 2 wheelers can’t go there. You need to compulsorily walk there by foot carrying your luggage.

The property is at beachside, and the view is amazing.

There was construction work going on and constantl noise which spoilt the quiet location.

The seafront room can be loud - ocean waves crashing 24/7 is somewhat intense.

Stunning spot right at the oceanfront. Restaurant with excellent Indian food next door. Very convenient. Room had a private terrace!

On arrival was a real drag (literally) to get our bags from the road to the guest house. No problems to those that are traveling light.

Bit of a mission to get there as only accessible on foot. But once there ideal location for the beaches and cliff top restaurants. Excellent views out to sea. Only a short walk to the centre of Arambol and all it has to offer.

Washing with cold water A 10 min walk on sometimes uneven ground from where the taxi drops off / collects which was difficult for my wife with a bad knee & hip. However help given with bags if asked for

The stairs to the room are difficult to climb if one has any problems eg with knees. The pillows and bed sheets are not good at all. No towels available.

The location on the hill was excellent, close to both beach and Sweet lake. Om Ganesh grill and restaurant downstairs got very good food and nice staff.

Location is just perfect - in between sweet lake beach and Arambol beach. Close by good restaurant - Outback. The best is the view - breathtaking, you see sea and enjoy its sound. Rooms are space, clean, in Indian way. Owner is supporting - when i needed internet, he suggested to move to a srcond floor room just next to the router, and it worked. For 3 weeks of stay everything was great.

The facilities and service were horrible, We came during the evening and saw a huge amount of flying insects since the room is partially open and they are attracted to the light inside. The bed had no net so there was no escape. Management did not care or even try to resolve the issue at all, they kept the money and let us wander for a different place.

Location of the stay: We need to walk about 15 mins after parking our vehicles(in the nearest private paid parking available)to the stay and climb about 25-30 steps which was tiring with all the luggage. The coordinates provided in this site is completely misleading.
