Location is very tough to locate and vehicle access up to hotel is not there but staffs are very gentle and cooperative.

A bit more maintenance and cleanliness is needed.

It is right on the ghats with very good view of Ganges. Staff were very helpful. If you want to stay right on the ghats, this is a very good hotel.

The restaurant is not well kept despite having good food. The plastic cover of the patio makes the hotel feel like a greenhouse with the heat and it does not have a way for the heat to go out. On top of that the AC in the room was superloud so it's annoying to sleep with it on.

The location is superb. Design with the patio is nice but it's not so well maintained. Rooms are clean though washrooms could be cleaner.

Excellent property, clean and well organized. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, but the staff immediately stepped in to help us: they bought medicine from the pharmacy and brought food and water to our room. Such care and attention are truly rare to find. Thank you so much!

Some parts of the room could have benefited from a deep clean.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. They could not have done more to ensure we were comfortable and felt looked after. They helped arrange transfers to and from the airport, a boat ride, a local guide, and a trip to Sarnath. They were so exceptionally kind and helpful. The balcony in our room and the view from it was wonderful. Great value for money.

plug in our room had actual sparks coming from it. Handle of shower came off flooding the bathroom. Airport pick up didn’t arrive and no message despite many messages in the days before our arrival. Rudest manager on earth, no apologies or honest explanations. Wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me to.

Our room was the worst I've stayed in . If you come here don't stay in rooms 201 or 101. They're unsafe small and filthy . All the other rooms are nice . Our room coloured everything . Staff all nice

The room was without view and liked a storage space and yet expensive. The guided tour of the city was very much disappointing for the price. The “guide” did not possess any professional knowledge of the city to share.

Nothing to really complain about.

Great location as the hotel is nestled in the heart of the old city of Varanasi, situated right on the Ganges, and if you have a river front view from your bedroom then you catch catch the sun rise over the Ganges in the morning and set during the evening. The hotel is a built in the quaint haweli style and Sanjay (the Manager) and his team were outstanding. In the short 1.5 days that we had in town, Sanjay ensured that all our plans were brought to fruition, and his team were excellent in organising all our excursions. The hotel is also situated close to the main evening Aarti ghat and I could not recommend this hotel more highly. Huge credit to Sanjay for looking after us and ensuring all our wishes were catered for!

Firstly I will tell you about the behaviour of hotel staff and management... very much gentle and helpful always with a smiling face. The hotel is on the bank of river Ganges, approach lane is long and winding Kashi Galli, in which hotel staffs toil hard for to and fro assistance. Good ambience, room and corridor is clean and well decorated..food is also nice.

Not the hotels fault, but it's good for people booking to know that cars and tuk-tuks CANNOT ENTER THIS AREA. You need to walk 15/20mins to get to a street that allows pick-up/drop-off for taxis.

You couldn't ask for a better location for exploring the Ghats along the Ganges. You have an amazing view of the river and the boats. Rooms are a great size and the staff are super accommodating! Breakfast was also very good

The staff was amazing. The service I received was exceptional. They assisted with everything. They carried the bags to the main street. Every request was promptly addressed. I needed an option for a shower, and it was provided without any extra charge and with a big smile.
