However, all the facilities listed were not present, like slippers, refrigerator, etc. were listed but not there. The towel given was torn, when asked for a change, the housekeeping said that's all they had. The Receptionist was rude and had a short temper.

The room was of decent size. The room and washrooms both were clean and sanitised. Otherwise, the essentials were available. This property doesn't have a lift and we had to use stairs. We had complimentary breakfast, but for that, we had to walk to the Limetree Hotel which was 650m away from Oppulent Inn. The breakfast was tasty. But, its just the sub-brand of Lime Tree and I'd say there was definitely a hell lot of difference between the room and services of actual LIme Tree vs Oppulent Inn by Lime Tree.

Road to the location was dusty and bumpy for about a kilometer.

The behavior of the hotel day staff was not good and there was no sense of cooperation.They ignored the facilities even when asked.The breakfast was super, it is just their other properties, every was super there.My stay can be seen from my online payment.

The linen was dirty and when asked to change they said they were out of bedsheets. The hotel was in the interior of a residential complex with broken and bad roads for about 1 km. There was no sign board and overall the place felt kind of shady. The rooms were tiny and damp compared to the pictures. Half the rooms, the balcony opened to a brick wall. The food was very expensive for something barely passable. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re on a strict budget or have location constraints.

The location was close to the main road, if you have a car. The staff was polite. Hot water was available.

Location. Lift should be there.

The hotel rooms are new so it's clean. The bathroom was smelling. The staff are good and helpful.Location is not so comfortable as it is very inetrior and bad roads. It's good for a 1 night business stay.

Very Interior Location that too at a plot located in the last (most interior) of a housing society which had pathetic road conditions infact there isn't any road at all for internal commute, any vehicle wil get damaged if tried moving at any higher speed that 1khph. Avoid all properties located in this housing society (Ansal Golf Link) and save yourself from time wastage and disappointment.

The road to the hotel was a mile of potholes and discarded rubbish and building materials. The taxi driver was extremely unhappy taking us there. Rooms were dirty, bed was stained, wall paper peeling and furniture in poor repair. Shower room unpleasant. Tiles were cracked or broken and the so-called 'balcony' was littered with discarded cigarette buts and ash. Room charges were £250/night which was extortionate. This was possibly due to a major trade fair being held nearby at the time. The usual price is normally much lower.
