Location is excellent. The hut is so comfortable and good air conditioning. The WiFi is terrible although free and available- it is constantly dropping out and no good for work. Room wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, I had to ask for water to be replenished as no cleaner had entered.

The blue tarpaulin wrapped around the disused restaurant building it looked unsightly and I would prefer a safe in the apartment rather than in the reception .

We didn't know we had to ask for cleaning, just a mis-communication, but once solved all was very good.

The location was very good, just behind the beach at the quieter end of Palolem amoungst the palm trees and nature. The area around the rooms was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful especially when my husband was unwell, they arranged for an english speaking tuk tuk to take us to the best medical attention. Everyone was very friendly.

Location was amazing, just a stone's throw from the beach. Plenty of restaurants close by. The surrounding was quiet and serene and villas were very clean.

Excellent location, about a minute away from the the North end of Palolem beach. Very quiet, peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Courteous and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast at Rockit cafe - provided complimentary through Oxygen. Outdoor seating area was also very nice. They also helped arrange pickup from the Mopa airport at reasonable and fair rates.

The construction zones on the path to the beach were tricky to negotiate in the dark.

They have a tie up with other restaurants two of them and they are ok. They don't provide room service for restaurant food. Food quality and taste is inconsistent.

Our stay at Oxygen was lovely. This was our final stop in Goa, Palolem Beach our favourite destination for its beautiful changing landscape of the bay as it connects to the backwaters. Oxygen is on the calmer end of the beach which was perfect for us. The room wasn’t on the seafront but probably better if you want a quieter nights sleep. Breakfast was included with vouchers to other restaurants which were decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful to my friend when they were poorly for a couple of days. And also helping us with arranging a taxi to the airport very early in the morning.

When booking the property indicated only two types of rooms available (=both in Booking and in their own site), an expensive 3 person suite or the most cheapest standard room. We took the standard and were given the most corner cabin with the pre-text that it also is the most budget option. Well, it had a very strong smell, probably from mosquito or ant repellants or something similar, and after trying to settle in the evening we decided that we can't bare it through. We went and complained and they promptly moved us to a similar but better cabin. For us this looked the same, but it was not in the dark corner but instead in the more light yard. The cabin still had similar smell but significantly less. That's why we thought it's likely a repellant that is used throughout (=the same smell you can find around the beaches here and there...) We could not get warm water in either of the cabins. Not sure if this is mentioned on the website.

Beach is very close, though it's not exactly beach front. Quiet by night - no parties in the premises. Fan on the porch was excellent! We had to change the room (see below), and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and upgraded us to a better cabin with no extra cost. Truly greatfull for this!

The TV cable was not able to fixed in two days. Do not have your own restaurant which increases the dependency. Limited breakfast options for vegetarians.

We unfortunately couldn't try the restaurant as it was closed. But they gave us breakfast vouchers for nearby restaurants.

Great hotel for a family with kids. The room was large enough for 3 and clean. Would definitely come back!
