IndiaLocality is congested, the hotel room was not that clean, the geyser was not working then we shifted to another room.. The bedspread and blankets were not that clean.This hotel is very average, slightly away from the Gwalior centre. Just OK for one or two days.

United KingdomSuper friendly and helpful staff, with great tips on where to go and where it is good to eat. I felt genuinely welcomed, and on my last day, I was getting the night bus to Lucknow,... and the lovely chap on reception gave me the use of the room behind reception (free of charge), to do final packing,.. freshen up,.. have a wee snooze and just generally chill untill my night bus at 10pm. Sometimes it's the little things like this that just make the stay 👍😁

Hotel Town Grand exceeded my expectations! Luxurious rooms, spotless cleanliness, and excellent amenities made my stay perfect. The staff was attentive and professional, and the food, especially the breakfast buffet, was outstanding. Ideal location with great facilities. Highly recommended!

Great value for money, large comfy beds with Air conditioning and Fan. Hot water in showers and nice big bathrooms. Tv in rooms as well as cupboards and drawers. Great location and 24/7 desk and security.

IndiaThe hotel canceled my booking without any message to me. I got a message of partial payment after online booking. However, no link was provided for payment. I had a discussion with booking.com regarding this, and I was told that partial payment is not required. Instead, I will have to make payment at the time of reporting. But the hotel canceled my booking in the absence of partial payment without any intimation to me. Moreover, on booking.com, no direct phone number of the hotel was mentioned. I always end up contacting booking.com. I was surprised at this because I left a message on the day of reporting that I would reach late by 9 pm. I received a message from booking.com that the party has accepted our request. How is this possible? It appears that booking.com told a lie, and without contacting the hotel, they told me that partial payment is not required and the hotel has accepted my request. Or there was no communication between booking.com and the hotel. Moreover, the hotel staff was clueless about our booking and offered Ti cancel booking and rebook in the same hotel different types of rooms at a higher price. This appeared to nothing but a cheating jointly executed by booking.com and the hotel. It is important to remember that I had booked 7 rooms, and there is no way I could get 7 rooms that late in the night in any decent hotel. You must provide better and more direct communication between the hotel and the customer. I don't want any other customer to suffer what I went through, arranging fir 7 rooms in the same hotel late in the might.
