We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThough breakfast was included no one arranged it till the check out time at 8am (Booking.com should return my money). The toilet room was like broken old room. So many things to list out.
I didn't like anything and I should blame to Booking.com website for it. Misleading reviews, Discount offered/displayed with the impression that the basic price is applicable to Good/decent hotel. It didn't mention it's a YoYo property and I always hate YoYo because of very poor properties, cleanliness and service. In my own words it is "daridri hotel" (you translate for yourself)

AustraliaWe booked this hotel through booking.com. Booking.com said payment can be done at hotel during the stay. Soon after we received message from OYO (this hotel was attached to OYO) for payment for confirming booking. We paid half of the payment as requested. When we reached, staff at hotel declined booking and informed us that rooms we booked no longer available. We called OYO call centre. They said their ground staff would help us. Soon after they informed that ground staff were not available and unable to contact their ground staff. They offered us another hotel few kilometres away from hotel. I was with young kids and they were already cranky with long trip. To catch a cab and go this new hotel would’ve been easy for us and who knows , it would’ve been a same story there as well. So , we decided to go to a hotel where my friend was staying. This experience was very frustrating and traumatic for us.
