We booked the cottage for 4 of us. Room is clean, well maintained washroom, enough parking area. The swimming pool and the park is the best place to chill out.

The ground floor room smelt of sewage. No toilet paper or moisturiser or other toiletries than soap were provided. The complimentary breakfast is limited to pre cooked appam and stew. No smoking rooms. Bathroom seat of the room (206) was broken.

The location was great. The property had comfy spacious rooms. The staff (Ronny, Adira, Nimesh) were SUPER HELPFUL.

Room is very small less than 100sft not suitable for 3 members. Daily Morning water will come to bathroom after reporting only. Flush not working even after repaired after complaint

Not much. Corridors need more cleaning.

Place was on the main road, rooms, bathrooms were very clean. The staff Sanoop, Nimesh and Dileep were very friendly and helped us in whatever we wanted. Overall good value for money and we all enjoyed the stay. There was 10 of us. There was carrom board and another game which the kids enjoyed very much. Restaurant in the ground floor had good food. So it was a plus.

The main drawback is you should download google maps, without that you can’t reach there as mostly Vi network is available there.

Overall the facility is very good and staff are very welcoming especially Himesh and Dilip, you will get a very good view of paddy fields and you can walk in the fields.

It was so dirty and run down. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Ants everywhere. Damp on the ceiling. The room was swelteringly hot but we couldn’t open the window as the mosquito screens were almost completely destroyed. The mattress was so hard I wasn’t sure that there was a mattress on the bed initially. Very little food variety available in the restaurant and it is an isolated location.

The staff were kind in that they let us reduce the length of our stay to allow us to leave early without charge.

Cleanliness and the buckets were not washed and there was no option of using shower. The walkway we didn't see even a single day someone coming and cleaning. The staff was not bothered when we checked out early, late at night when I reached home I got a call at 1:00 Am from the hotel staff checking if i had any plans to come to the restaurant. as the payment was made in advance they didn't even give me any invoice for the stay. They asked me to collect from booking.com

This is not the right hotel for a family to stay. The staff is neither friendly nor speaks or smiles when customers come to the Hotel.

fantastic place, clean and comfortable. located in a very green area. I was amazed by the hospitality of the staff - everyone is extremely nice and helpful. 10/10, would recommend it to anyone.
