We loved our time at Palm Forest - the place itself is incredibly tranquil in the jungle, surrounded by birds (and sometimes monkeys). The staff were so friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed engaging with them (particularly when you venture out of the hotel, you realise how good the service is in Palm Forest), and there is a strong ethos around sustainability and eco friendly goods which we appreciated. We loved the food, with lots of smoothie bowls and healthy juices to keep you going and a nice break from traditional Indian breakfasts. And the massages were incredible too, with the resort able to arrange couples massages at short notice. All in all we would love to come back here as it gave us everything we needed - if you want somewhere to relax, with good vibes, great food, a great room, and beautiful beaches - this is your place.

The wonderful breakfasts Lovely, smiley and welcoming staff. Cosy hut and having an outdoor shower. Location - setback from the beach and as a result very peaceful, however only a short walk. Massage on site.

Specification of beach huts could be slightly higher. Squirrels living in the roof space kept us awake at times.

I loved the location and the tranquility and easy access to the beach. Quiet end of the island.

The only negatives was the water pressure for the shower - this wasn’t good and also the floor in our shower needed fixing.

Beautiful little properties in a quiet peaceful location just a stones throw from the beach. Very friendly helpful staff. The bear breakfast we had in our two weeks travelling in India.

Shower was really poor, hot water trickled through so most of time was cold shower. We probably didn’t get our moneys worth as it’s a yoga retreat and we didn’t really realise.

The bed was extremely comfortable and good to have mosquito nets. Large room so felt very spacious. Location was great so peaceful but just a few mins walk to beach. Staff very very friendly. Loved the avocado with feta at breakfast

The most incredible resort in the most beautiful place! From start to finish the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. We especially loved the outdoor shower, and baby monkeys were swinging in the trees as we showered! The open air massages and reflexology were amazing and we felt completely refreshed when we left. The room was full of wonderful little extras and so eco friendly. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff organised excursions and transfers for us and nothing was a problem for them. We ate at the local recommended restaurant Fernandez on the beach and received the same welcoming reception! Beautiful location and we felt at one with nature, while being able to enjoy lots of luxuries!

I can’t recommend this place enough. It is a little paradise and everything about it is just wonderful. The place is really quiet and relaxing, less than a minute from the beach. The breakfast is just incredible with bread smoothie bowls, amazing coffee etc. It is a small and personal place and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and beautiful. There is a yoga shall and a massage place. We really loved our stay here, we tried to extend it but it was fully booked unfortunately.
