Gym was bad, swiming pool was dirty, electricity was gone for 5-6 hours and was coming n going for the rest of the time period. Food was okayish but tables were dirty and random cutlary was on the table just spread out all across. Got stuck in the elevator once and One day I was asked to use the stairs to climb from Ground to 6th floor.

Dirty and very poorly maintained rooms. Not up to the standards claimed/expected. It felt like a 2 star hotel quality of workmanship and cleanliness. Location is also not the greatest.

Staff seem nice but are a bit too pushy and tried to force me to do a review with them looking over my shoulder. They also asked for feedback through the booking.com app and after I gave my honest feedback they sent “…” and asked the question again and said that I have to respond within a certain time. Not sure how they got the Ramada name.

Price is bit high as per facility.swimming pool is not worth ..it's just for name sake ..clinliness is not appropriate. Just an average hotel with a brand name

I lived in many properties of Ramada, however I didn't get that feeling in this property. The room didn't have any tissue paper for hand cleaning etc. Parking space was not enough, They parked my car outside the hotel and someone took out the petrol since the fuel lid was opened and no one was given any intention on my complaint.

Everything, staff behaviour is not good except mashum, gate keeper and service staff all behave very rude.... I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.... Also I will appeal on my YouTube channel to not book this hotel at any cost.

1. Rooms were badly maintained. Water was leaking from the taps. Switches were loose and at many points were not working. 2. Very less options for breakfast keeping in mind the amount of money that was charged per night. 3. Staff at the reception particularly in the evening weren't good. 4. WiFi was very poor, again keeping in mind the amount that was charged. 5. Drivers from the travel desk had their own intentions of taking tourists to museums and handloom centres. To me it looked like they were paid handsome commission by these agencies.

Staff was rude Food was pathetic & stale Rooms were stinking Couldn’t provide us rooms on same floor.

The staff was very rude & arrogant. The food was all stale. The donuts at the bakery were so hard & stale which they were selling. Fortunately I took the donuts in my hand before giving it to my kids & found them to be hard like stone which they were about to pack in box and sell it to us. The buffet was so pathetic, staff was not ready to listen anything. They were not able to manage the guests. The rooms were stinking.. Bathrooms had so much algae on sides.I would never recommend this hotel to someone. Never knew Ramada had such poor level

Looted money for paying new year gala 12000 and at the time of celebration all sudden surprises no proper tables simply it's like a crowded market fully disappointed with the way staff behaved only focus on money nothing else will be escalating to high level

They display price of rooms different then they charge that also double price in the name of new year party who like to go for forcefully and pay the same big money more than your stay
