India1. Without checking the booking ID, they denied booking is not reflecting in their system. And instead of helping asking customer to check with third party( booking.com). 2. They aaaume that given card details are not correct. 3. After forcing them to use the same card and get it confirm that the given card details are correct, they confirm that your check-in is already done and now reflecting in system. 4. Property is not maintained properly. All Check-In issues done at 12.00 night.

Food quality was good but compared to other reputed hotels it is very expensive.

United KingdomThe booking was for 3 people, and we requested for a bed for the third person, but we did not have a third 'bed' instead a mattress was given to put on the floor. This is deplorable and the least that I expected was a futon. There is no point of upgrading if half the things are not working in that apartment. There was no hot water coming and had to call the maintenance in the night. The fridge was not cooling, and water discharged continuously. The balcony was extremely dirty, and many lights were not working.
You had upgraded me to a suite / apartment which I appreciate but the condition of the appliances and the doors/ hinges are not working. It was a big room, and we enjoyed the space, but we did not have a third 'bed' instead a mattress was given to put on the floor.

IndiaIt is not at all worth the price. A big room with poor facilities. You can close or open the washroom doors, you will be stuck inside for sure. Sofas and blankets are of average oyo standard. There is TV in the hall but wifi router is so weak that TV has almost zero signal. So TV is pointless in the hall. Toiletries are somewhat less. Room dining service is sometimes pathetic as they took more than 1 hour and still did not delivered basic french fries. No point in spending 13K for this big OYO room.

Not used telephone wires coming out bath tub leakage no toilet roll in the bathroom no tissues in the room the AC was not working we had to call thrice to get that resolved no ventilation in the room ... We called 9 they tell us call 22 for toilet rolls we ask for tissues they say call 23 for tissues too bad service
