construction near by starts at 7:00 in the morning and it absolutely wakes you up. we slept at 12:30 in the night and woke at 7:00 am which was horrible for us.

The wifi was not available, first they tried to fix but when they couldn't they said it's not included in my package 😒 after giving me the login IDs three times already the guy is telling me WiFi is chargeable. The staff was rude and unwelcoming as well.

The staff is so unprofessional, i was in a restaurant for the last 20 minutes no one came to attend , Finally I searched someone to take my order.. front desk is so slow i need to wait 25 minute for check out.... Simply nonsance.

One of the seemingly affordable hotels in the busy Viman Nagar area in Pune, Park Estique does not live up to expectations! The rooms look a bit worn out, the overhead shower did not work, it took some calls and some fiddling with the remotes (battery change, remote change etc.) to get the tiny TV to work. Not that it mattered much as we were there for 2 nights for a couple of business meetings. Oh and yes, the electric kettle also did not work, but they quickly changed it.

Location is spot on, On the main Viman Nagar road, near everything you need, and with the new metro line coming up on the same road you are guaranteed to be connected with the rest of the city. The rooms are spacious, air conditioning works well and room service is better than average. So that pretty much ticked all the boxes for me.

the property is amazing however did not have good experience while check in, had to wait for 2 hours for check in, they said room isn’t ready. finally after getting room at 4.30 pm it wasn’t cleaned. Staff at reception was very rude and they didn’t even made sure we checked in right. We had to call the staff to clean it again which took some time. there was some drilling work going on right above our room so we couldn’t even chat. we thought lets head to pool, that wasn’t clean either. so overall it was very unpleasant stay.

Worst possible staff. Front manager Pankaj doesn't care for customer issues. My reservation through Booking.com cancelled by property without intimation. Fresh on the spot booking done thru Booking also not honoured by property. Room air conditioning is worst. Came across few more customers with similar issues

I didn't liked the front desk staff and room service and restaurant staff. They unnecessarily take too much time to deliver things. The hotel is very good but because of some people's lethargic behaviour things get spoiled.

I had checkout at 7am in the morning and inspite of informing the reception and bell desk the previous night, there was no bellhop to collect my luggage from room to the car and the receptionist flatly stated that they had no one for the luggage. Also since I was traveling with family to a wedding, we had 5-6pcs of luggage which I was left dragging my luggage to the car. There were people hanging around the door to ask for tip for sure. Pathetic service and experience.

Behavior of the hotel staff was extremely poor, each room service orders we're being delivered after 30 minutes. One cup of tea and one soda lime took about 40 minutes to deliver to room and that too after a reminder. Poor service. Washroom slippers we're not provided until asked for. Toiletries were not provided, even after being asked , was not provided shaving kit or tooth brush or paste.

At the time of check in they gave me 2 single beds i wanted 1 large size bed i said them upgrade my plan but the staff was oike we can’t upgrade ur plan i said them m ready to pay for that but they didn’t respond me if hotel guys want video of cockroaches ill send u
