The staff only understands Malayalam and communication even in English is a challenge. Food options should be increased and cooking style improved.

Excellent property, well maintained and clean. Great location and friendly staff

A very minor thing, but for Westerners would one day love to have good bread and a muesli type of cereal. When I mentioned brown bread, they went out and got some, despite it being Christmas Eve!

Everything is perfect and so well run here, I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the welcome by Binoy to the wonderful staff at the bungalow itself, to the walks around the plantation and everyone so friendly there, a stay to remember.

Nothing that I did not like, but a tip to those who prefer spicy food, do make it a point to inform the staff in advance and they will surely cater to it.

The bungalow is at the top of the tea plantation, so the view from the place is excellent. The place is 125 years old, but well maintained, extremely peaceful and furnished aesthetically. The staff is always around and ready to help you with anything. They always made sure that we were having a good time. The complimentary visit to the tea factory as well as their breakfast is also not to be missed. A suggestion from the manager at the tea factory lead us to Muneeshwaran Kunnu nearby, definitely recommended. Money well spent, I would say..

The clubhouse was a tad far away from the bungalow which required a long walk or a drive.

Gorgeous location overlooking the tea plantation. The visit to the tea factory was extremely interesting & informative! The manager & staff were pleasant, friendly & helpful through our stay. The food was great specifically the Kerala style sadhya. The colonial style bungalow dating back to the 1800's was well maintained & takes you back in time. The walks and drives around this 4000 acre plantation was absolutely stunning!

The Parison Plantation Experience is a fantastic place to getaway from India's busy cities and enjoy a relaxed and scenic stay in the Keralan countryside. The hotel manager, Benoi, was a brilliant host and the food at the resort was incredible. One evening it was just myself and my wife staying at the resort so the staff asked us if we had any special food requests and the chef prepared some speciality dishes for us to try, which included using fresh produce from within the tea plantation. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful location

The rooms are lovely and huge, but don't have much natural light at all- there are no windows. Breakfast could have been better- when we were there, they had a set number of dishes they would just bring to our table, instead of a buffet. Also, the menu says breakfast timings are between 7.30-9.30 am but we only managed to get breakfast at 8.15 am.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located in the tea plantations of Wayanad. It's a renovated plantation bungalow, and they've done it up very nicely and tastefully. Fittings and furnishings looked new and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The room itself was ENORMOUS. Made us feel like we were actually staying in a palace. Bed was very comfortable, there was hot water available, wifi was decent too. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Surroundings and location are very scenic. There is also a pool, gym and sauna on site. The restaurant provides good food- you do need to order in advance though, as with most properties in remote locations, as staff need to procure the ingredients accordingly. Highly recommend as a weekend get away for couples or family. We also got a free upgrade to their heritage bungalow, which was a pleasant surprise! I would definitely classify this as a luxury plantation stay.

Lovely little resort tucked away in a tea plantation. Unreal misty mornings. Loved taking long walks on the property. Every single staff member was accommodating and super warm. Smiles all around and the hospitality was unforgettable. Mr. Binoy was the man in charge and he ensured our requests for different local foods and sightseeing were taken care of.

The prices were slightly steep for travellers without own vehicle for moving around. Recreation centre was away from property so if you cannot walk then you cannot access all game facilities. For vegetarians the food options were limited especially if you are from North or West of India. They tried their best though to make as much veg food as possible. In non-veg there was a decent spread.

Everything. The location is beautiful if you like peace calm and quiet. The staff was very friendly and made all things happen to make our stay comfortable. There were facilities for swimming gym etc. Lovely property for trails and absolutely safe for walks even in early morning or evenings. Bumpy and Shaad were extremely helpful and went out of the way if we needed anything. The female staff Jubi and all other staff always had a smile on their faces when attending. Overall it almost felt like a big, comfortable home setup with most beautiful views! One can just go and relax. There are sightseeing for those who want. Ancient temples for the spiritual ones.
