Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very expensive. We paid 10k for one night which seems to be a little overpriced.
The rooms are clean and the in-house restaurant is good. Also the place is situated right beside the terminal 2. So hardly 10 mins by Uber even in peak traffic.

Too noisy as they have 2-3 bars and discos ground floor and won't allow let the guest to catch sleep before 2AM . However , the front desk shifted my room to higher floor . Inside room it is good size , clean .Too tiny so called lobby . Not same as in the picture . Camera skill .

The staff was not at all helpful. If I asked for ordering a taxi, the price quoted was 4 times (!) what I could get myself outside on the street. I never saw any of the staff member smile or take any interest in my needs. It is a busy and noisy location for those very sensitive to noise (nightclubs in the adjacent building and in the basement). No restaurants or street food in the neighborhood. Value for money was "very less".
The location is extremely convenient if you want to reach the airport without getting stuck in traffic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The nearby metro station was very useful for travelling in that area (since the metro network is still very limited).

I booked for twin occupancy and they did not allow my partner as well not adjusted the traffic even after requesting booking.com. don’t expect any help from booking.com.

I was staying in room 503. The wash basin was clogged with water and did no drain. The lighting in the bathroom was not enough and there was lose connection with light in the mirror for shaving. The telephone in the room would not connect to the house keeping when I wanted to report these concerns and had to route my calls through the reception. Wifi was pretty slow, even basic weblinks like HDFC, Kotak Trading platforms took long to load up. Hence used my phone hotspot.
Hotel was close to the airport and made it convenient to travel. The taxi availability and service from the location is good and reliable. The food from the In-Room Dining was good and tasty. Did not take complementary breakfast as I had a very early departure.

Two things, I wish they expand the front desk and lobby area. it’s too crammed up. And second would be the painful check out which took lot of time and I almost missed my flight.
The beauty of this hotel would be the proximity to airport which is hardly a 5 minute drive and two amazing nightclubs within the hotel with really good live music bands..!! These were the highlights of my stay here. shout out to Ashok, Nishant, Sam, Divyansh (from the front desk and The stables club) and the ladies from breakfast buffet and room service for spot on hospitality..!!
